‘China International Import Exposition’ sponsored by China Ministry of Commerce was held in Shanghai until 10th of this month.
The exposition participated 3600 companies’ international companies, such as Xi Jinping president makes a large speech to attend to their own opening ceremony, was a grand event.
However, if you think carefully, this event itself is quite odd.
‘Import’ of the ‘Import Exposition’ is basically that the Chinese side buys goods and services from foreign companies, but it is normal for companies to conduct sales promotion events to sell their products in the business world, I have never heard a story that puts out the ‘expo’ on purpose by casting financial strength and effort to buy goods.
Xi Jinping president boasts that it is ‘the world's first national class exhibition on the theme of import’ in the opening ceremony, but indeed, such an exhibition of put the cart before the horse will be held at the national level is not it unprecedented that it was done?
