昨日、私の一服は、渋谷のカフェ・ド・レぺでケーキ🧁セットでした

店内の奥のドアを開けると、こじんまりとした喫煙所がありました

私は、そこでメビウスワンEシリーズを1本美味しくいただきました

Yesterday, my break was a cake 🧁 set at Cafe de Lepe in Shibuya.

When I opened the door at the back of the store, there was a small smoking area.

I enjoyed one MEVIUS One E series there.

私は19歳の頃（50年前）、通算すると1週間ほど、立ち食いそば屋さん（そば扇／ソバセン）でアルバイトをしたことがあります。

場所は、今はなきコマ劇場前にあり、時給の高い深夜勤務でした。

なかでも、週末の混雑といったら凄まじく、まさに高度経済成長時代で、長い行列がまるで巨大な胃袋に見えました。

その時、私は円柱形の大きな鍋（寸胴鍋）でカレーの作り方を教わりました。

そのおかげで、私は下ごしらえの玉ねぎ、にんじんの皮むきも素早くできるようになりました。

当時から、業務用固形のカレールーがあったと私は記憶しています。

先日、私は業務スーパーでS&Bゴールデンカレーを買っておきました。

箱を開け、取り出した固形のカレールーは想像以上に大きくて、私は50年前に覚えたやり方を思い出し、必要量を包丁で細かくしました。

明日になったら、私の作ったカレーは、たぶん美味しくなっていることでしょう！

When I was 19 years old (50 years ago), I had a part-time job at a standing noodle shop (Soba Fan/Sobasen) for about a week in total.

It was located in front of the now-defunct Koma Theater, and I worked late at night for an hourly wage.

It was a time of rapid economic growth, and the long line looked like a huge stomach.

It was then that I was taught how to make curry in a large cylindrical pot (a "Zundo-Nabe").

Thanks to that, I could quickly peel onions and carrots in preparation.

Since that time, I remember that there was a solid curry roux for professional use.

The other day I bought some S&B Golden Curry at a commercial supermarket.

I opened the box and took out the solid curry roux, which was much larger than I had imagined. I remembered the method I had learned 50 years ago and finely chopped the required amount with a knife.

Come tomorrow, the curry I made will probably taste better!

私は渋谷を散歩していたら、代々木公園で第93回中央メーデーが開かれていました

遠い私の記憶ではないけれど、メーデーの対面集会は3年ぶりだそうです

私は最近、iPhoneの画面モードを昼間専用から、夜になると夜モードになるように設定変更した。

なかなか良い。

とくにライン画面が昼夜の違いを実感させてくれるので、私はとても気に入っている。

それに、先日、は東洋大学の後輩女子から私宛に吉報が届き、ナイスのサインを送ったら、リラックマ🧸が届いた。

I recently changed my iPhone's screen mode setting from daytime-only to nighttime mode at night.

It is quite nice.

I especially like the line screen because it makes me realize the difference between day and night.

Besides, the other day I received good news from a junior girl at Toyo University who sent me a nice sign, and I received a  Rilakkuma🧸.

明日は荒天らしい。私は昼ごはんを食べて、本を読んでいたら急にゴルフの練習がしたくなった。

私は村雨橋を渡り、練習場のマットに立ち、久しぶりにゴルフクラブを振った。

1日1回のラジオ体操第一を半年続けていたので、私の体の動きは想像以上に良くなっていた。

来月ころ、私は栃木県あたりのゴルフ場⛳️で、是非ともラウンドしたいと思う。

It seems to be stormy weather tomorrow. I ate lunch and suddenly wanted to practice golf when I was reading a book.

I crossed the village rain bridge, stood on the mat of the driving range, and shook the golf club for the first time in a long time.

I had been doing the first radio calisthenics once a day for half a year, so my physical movements were better than I had imagined.

Around next month, I would definitely like to make a round at a golf course ⛳️ around Tochigi prefecture.

Today, my flower blossom viewing was Satsuki in Tokyo and Satsuki in Yokohama.

本日、私のお花見は東京のサツキと横浜のサツキでした。

フジテレビ「脱力タイムズ」（共演NGフワちゃんラジオ）をみていたら、東洋大学卒業生のフワちゃんが画面いっぱいに露出していました（2022.4.8）。

派手派手の衣装も、徐々にセンスが良くなっている気がします。日々の努力を感じますね。

I was watching Fuji Television's "Datsuryoku Times" (co-starring NG Huwa-chan Radio) and saw Toyo University graduate Huwa-chan filling the screen （2022.4.8）.

I think she is gradually improving her taste in flashy outfits. I can sense her daily efforts.

I am always amazed at her ability to respond to the audience with her unflappable, eye-opening reactions, her cross-talk with MC Arita of Cream Stew, and her talk with the unique guests who appear one after another. 〈Miyazaki〉

久しぶりの「誤乗」でした。やれやれ、困ったものですね。

羽田空港駅のエスカレーターは、私が見上げるほどの高さです。

It was the first "wrong ride" in a long time. Oh my god, it's a problem.

The escalator at Haneda Airport Station is high enough for me to look up.

もうすぐ5月、今から5月の伊勢崎モールには、鯉のぼりが春服に揺れている。

そして今、5月3日のパレードの広告看板が、横浜の町のあちこちに掲示されている。

そうだ、もうすぐ5月なんだなぁ〜！

Carp streamers are swaying in spring clothes at Isesaki Mall in May and from now on.

And now, advertising signs for the May 3rd parade are posted here and there in the town of Yokohama.

現役終盤の頃、私は散歩がてら、職場近くの慶應義塾大学内でお弁当を食べました｡

学食にも何度もお世話になりました。生協で文房具やお菓子も買いました。

そこで、慶應義塾大学関連グッズの充実ぶりを垣間見てきたわけです。

最近、わが母校の東洋大学の関連グッズにも興味を持ち、私はそのいくつかを手に入りました。

ネット販売があることも知りました。これら東洋大学関連グッズが、将来にむけてどんどん進化していくことを願っています。

Toward the end of my working life, I took a walk and ate my lunch inside Keio University near my workplace.

I also had the pleasure of visiting the school cafeteria many times. I also bought stationery and snacks at the Co-op.

So I have had a glimpse of the full range of goods related to Keio University.

Recently, I became interested in goods related to my alma mater, Toyo University, and I have acquired some of them.

I also learned that they are sold online. I hope that these Toyo University related goods will continue to evolve in the future.
