▶︎ビルの飲食店フロアなどの喫煙室は、ドアがガラス張りであることが多く、開閉の際、わずかの煙や匂いが外に漏れると指摘されています。これを完全に遮断するには、いくら受動喫煙防止の観点からとは言っても、相当のコスト負担になり、2020年の東京オリ・パラに向け、一律に法律で決めてしまうのは、飲食店などにとっては死活問題になるということで、現在、国会審議中になっています。
▶︎そんなことを考えていたとき、上野の東天紅9階にある喫煙室を利用しました。探さないと見つからないような、品のいい喫煙室の表示、そして通路の壁と同じ装飾のドアを開けると、さらにもうひとつのドアがあり、完全な個室でした。何よりも美しく、静かな室内にはLINEの貼り紙がひとつしかありませんでした。

It has been pointed out that smoking rooms on restaurant floors in buildings often have glass doors that leak a small amount of smoke and odors outside when opened and closed.
To completely block these doors would be a considerable cost burden, no matter how much the intention is to prevent passive smoking.
The Diet is currently deliberating on this issue, as it would be a matter of life and death for restaurants and other establishments if a uniform law were to be enacted in preparation for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and Paralympic Games.

It was a completely private room, with a classy smoking room sign that you had to look for to find, and a door with the same decoration as the aisle wall, which opened to reveal yet another door.
Best of all, the beautiful, quiet room had only one pasted-on line.
