▼横浜駅西口の南幸橋で、川面に口を空けてエサを待つ鯉に、噛んでいたガムを投げたら、ササっと呑み込まれました。I threw a piece of chewing gum to a carp waiting for food with its mouth open on the surface of the river at the Minamikou Bridge at the west exit of Yokohama Station, and it quickly swallowed it.
▼いくら雑食性とはいえ、胃腸の調子を崩さないのか、ちょっと心配になりました。I was a little concerned that the carp, however omnivorous, might get gastrointestinal problems from eating the gum.
