健康増進・受動喫煙防止等の観点から、政府関係機関
および地方自治体の諸施設では、喫煙場所が急激に減
小しています。幸いなことに、浜離宮恩賜庭園などの
大規模な公園には、場所を特定した中で喫煙コーナー
が設置されています。
画像のような水辺にベンチと一緒に、スタンド灰皿が
不足なく置かれていました。街角のスタンド灰皿とは
異なり、美観という点からも配慮されていますので、
見た目にも景観を損なっておりませんね。これからも
ずっと残って欲しい景観だと思います。
栃木県内には、佐野と那須塩原のアウトレットに加え、イオンやイトーヨーカ堂系のショッピングモールもあり、古くからの商店街は苦戦してます。
それぞれに喫煙コーナーや喫煙ルームを設置し、たばこを吸う来場者にも配慮しています。
