8月12日の「人生の楽園」を見ていたら、青森県でジャムを作っているご夫婦のお話しでした。私の育った田舎で「スグリ」と呼んでいた果実など、地元で育つ果実を活用したジャムが人気です。
「スグリ」の正式名称は「セイヨウスグリ」とのことで、赤くなる前の酸っぱいときが食べごろでした。すいかのような縞模様、透き通った果実を見るだけで、遠い記憶（福島県塙町）を思い出し唾液が出てきました。
