In June
We went to see Xiang Xiang at Ueno Zoo
She was taking a nap




一瞬顔を上げてくれて、おっ？っとなったのですが…

She raised her face for a moment but soon got down then fell into a sleep again.



また会いに行きます。

日乗 diary - 落としモノ 手袋213 lost glove

新しい
軍手手袋

新しそうな軍手が植え込みの上に置きっ放し。後で無事に回収されたでしょうか。

It seemed new one, been leaving on the low garden tree. I hope the owner will retrieve it.

見つけたときは、「ドキ」「お！」の二つの感情が同時に湧き上がります。
苦手だけど、キライじゃない。この微妙なところ。
毛虫が苦手な方は、じっくり見ないで下さいね。

Please don't stare at the wall, you could find something that you don't like.
I've got two different feelings when I find caterpillars. I am happy to see but I wouldn't like them very much. It's difficult to tell you my thoughts about that.

オサンポ walk - 植物:ラベンダー咲く咲く lots of lavender are blooming

なくても咲く

ラベンダー畑、北海道が有名ですね。ご近所さんのは畑ではないですが、ひとかたまりのラベンダーが、根元からわっさーっとブーケのように広がって、咲いて風に揺られていました。その中の…一本だけでもいただけたら、もっと素敵なんですが。ホホ。

There are lots of lavender that covered on the field, this scenery is famous in Hokkaido. I photographed it in my neighborhood. It looked like a bouquet, a bunch of lavender were blooming, and blowing. I wish the owner of lavender would give me even one lavender... how lovely it is!

大きさ、2cmくらいあったでしょうか。羽の色が黒々としてちょっと強面な感じでした。でもしていることは、花から花へと飛び交って蜜を集めること。働きモノだ。

The bee's length of body seemed about 2 cm. Her(his?) wings were truly black, looked like strong. She was flying from this flower to that flower to collect honey. She is hardworking.

割とありがちな光景かと思いますが、今回そこに違う趣を添えているのが、緑色のイチョウの葉ですね。まだ緑色なのに、落ちてしまったんですね。でもちょうどいい位置に、落ち着きました。

This scenery wouldn't be unusual. This time, a ginkgo biloba makes the scenery different from others. It's still green but fell down from the tree. Oh, why? Anyway, It settled down on the good position.

オサンポ walk - 植物:ネジバナ 咲く咲く Ladies' tresses blooming

ネジバナが
咲く季節
梅雨寒のころ

Many ladies' tresses
Are now blooming
rainy season cold

ネジリバナ、とついつい呼んでしまいますが、正確にはネジバナだそうです。でも「リ」を入れて呼んじゃってもOKみたいです。花は小さいし、捩れている---螺旋状に並んで咲くから、裏側に隠れてしまって見えない部分もあったりですが、しかしその花の鮮やかなピンク色のお陰で、草むらの中でも埋もれずにいる、ように思います。今年も会えました。嬉しいです。

I enjoy myself to see the flower every year. This year, I saw them. I am happy.
The size of their flower is tiny. The flowers are spirally lined. Some parts of flowers are behind the stem. It wouldn't be easy to find them among other plants(weed) but the colour of flower is vivid pink, it easily makes us find them.

…と思う…んですよ。すっごい警戒されてるの、意識しました。写真撮らせてもらうだけ、ね。すんません。

オサンポ walk - スキマ草 : 種を蒔く going to seed

六月に
種たくさん
まくまくまく

I'm going to seed
Many many many

インゲンの細いみたいなカタチの中に、小さな種がいっぱい並んでいました。ほとんどは鳥や虫たちに食べられっちまう想定でしょうか。とにかく多目に蒔いとけば、どれか一つは芽が出るやもしれん。

They look like common bean, and thin. Inside of them, there are lots of seed. Most of them might be eaten by birds and insects. So, they seed more than eaten.

空と電燈

夜の顔

The sky and a street lamp
They show us the differences
Between day and night

昼間の明るい時に見るのと、夜間の暗い時に見るのと。全然趣きが違いますね。そしてどちらがイイとかワルイとかも、無く。

Their looks are different, when we see them, in the daytime or the night time. Both of them should be OK.
