5月24日に、ルクス北部の町ウィルツで第62回目のジュネ祭りが開催され、今年のテーマはアジアで、ホスト国はフィリピンでした。ジュネは、5月頃に咲く野生の黄色花で、ルクス各地で見られる代表的な花です。今回からは、ジュネ祭りのスペクタクルとパレードの模様を紹介します。
On May 24, 2010 there was the 62th Broom(Genêt) flower festival in Wilz (north of Luxembourg). This year the theme was Asia and the host country was Philippines. Genêt is a yellow wild flower that we can see everywhere here in May. From this time I show you the spectacles and big parades.

今回は、2010年5月8日に開催された欧州フェステバルを紹介します。1950年5月9日にＥＵ誕生となるシューマン宣言があり、その5月9日が欧州の日として定められました。今年は、欧州の日60周年にあたり、記念ケーキが配られました。最初は多くの参加者がケーキを取ろうと混雑しましたが、しばらくすると、がらがらで、まだ大きなケーキが残っていました。
This time I introduce the festival of Europe on May 8, 2010. This year was the 60th anniversary of Europe Day. The Schuman Declaration was made on 9 May 1950 and to this day 9 May is designated Europe Day as the birth of EU. The anniverasary cakes were distributed. At the beginning there were many people who want to take the cake. But later the big parts of cakes were still remaining.
