27th, Sep, Tv survey's topic is "About local managers give some items to reward for people during Asian Games and Asian Para Games, what is your appraise?" The result is about 7,300 say SURPRISE, about 3,500 say AS MY GUESS, and about 6,800 say SO SO. This is another voters' new high record-17,600.
This survey comes from an issue of yesterday(27th, Sep). Our local managers announce that they would give 10 items as a reward to every local family and every family that has lived local here over 6 months, as thanking for their sacrifice for 2010 Asian Games(A.G) and Asian Para Games(A.P.G).
As below:
1. Every family(as local and those living local over 6 months)will get a stamped postcard with a letter of thanks, 5 memorial stamps, some volunteer's memento for Asian Games.
2. Give total 3 days vacation in all the local area.
3. During 46 days of automobiles restrict runing(in odd NO.'s day, automobile licence's last NO. is odd would be allowed to run; the same as even. Above doesnot include Public-traffic. ), kick-off all the normal resting days(Saturday and Sunday) and 3 days vacation(as above)-total 16 days, every person is free to take every kind of Public-traffic(including bus, metro, canal bus(a ship runing on Pearl river)etc.) in the remaining 30 days. If you own a visit ticket relating with A.G(including A.P.G), in the ticket-day that day, you could be free to use Public-traffic, too. And if you are a volunteer of A.G and A.P.G, everyday is free to you.
Specially: 1st, at A.G, Public-traffic is not including buses between center town and suburbs. 2nd, at A.P.G, free area is as: not including Panyu, Nansha,Huadu, Zengcheng and Conghua district.
4. At A.G first 3 days and A.P.G first 2 days, every family(as local and those living local over 6 months) could get a chance of 50%-20% discount to pay for the ticket of sign-seeing at local area. And 50,000 familis will be draw lots in those families(as local and those living local over 6 months) , total 150,000 persons would have a free chance to enjoy " 1 day Canton sightseeing." and "New Tv-tower's sightseeing". 20,000 workers who built relative items of A.G and A.P.G would be invited to "Baiyun Mountain's 1 day sightseeing".
5. 15 public sports stadiums will be free to open to families(as local and those living local over 6 months), but citizens must book it by phone firstly.
6. After the end of A.G and A.P.G, 150 thousands persons would be draw lots to visit those main stadiums.
7. By drawing lots, giving off about 1 million tickets of A.G and A.P.G, about 150,000 tickets of relative Cultural performances, about 150,000 film tickets, and 200,000 Cultural Exhibition tickets(if you are selected, every family will have 2 tickets).
8. Pay 500 yuan per person to those special groups(handicapped, low-incoming(each incoming is low as 365 yuan per month), low-incoming's family(each incoming is low as 430 yuan per month) member, government supporting person,etc. )
9. Give some mementoes to 1,200 students who took part in a writing letter contest for A.G and A.P.G festival and won an honour. Give some mementoes of A.G and A.P.G to 1,583 schools(primary school and middle school) in local.
10. On 1st, Nov-31st, Dec, our whole area will support a free WLAN to everyone who is locating in our area(after you successfully apply to by your Cell-phone Number.). (wlan only just support cell-phone? )
Above all, I think "different people, would have different views." In a word, giving is better than not giving.
I think there are certainly some shortcomings.
1st, we couldnot enjoy the free Public-traffics on Saturday, Sunday, and 3 plusing days vacation. When your whole family wants to go out in resting days, you have to pay. And, there are some others area and buses' limited. I donot know who contributes such kind of decision to?
2ndly, "50%-20% tickets discount for visiting scenic spot", why it isnot as"all as 50% discount"?
3rdly, if you want to get some free tickets, you always need to take a drawing lots, you need to do some complex formalities.
4thly, I think a present to students isnot enough. The should be reward more sports apparatus, not just some mementes.
5thly, I use Wi-Fi and donot use Wlan. So...
