There are a lot of changes in our company after my writing last time.

Since I stopped to write about our company affair, it has passed over 2years.

During this term, our company has been in & out some people. As my last blog, Seito(斎藤さん) has come. But she has returned to Tokyo in the 1st, Aug, 2013 after her 26months local services. Then Hakata(羽片さん)came and instead of her position. After hanaoka(花岡さん)'s leaving, our company came a quite beautiful girl, Matsuda（松田さん）, but she just worked a quie short period, she said she want to go to university to study then she left in May, 2012. But ,this isnot finished. One day, our colleague hodota(程田さん) announced he was going to marry in this new year2013. I saw why the bride's name is the same as  Matsuda（松田さん）, I darednot to ask himself. One day, I couldnot help myself. Then I asked 1of my better colleague, he said, "That it is, she is that girl." Woo, a new proved office loving marriage...

Hodota(程田さん) has been to Hongkong branch to work on the same day as Seito on 31st, July, 2013.

At Feb, 2012, our company has enter a new local boy, name Yan(), he is just about 28-years-old, & he worked in Japan for several years before, his Japanese is quite good, as Yoshizawa said, "What his written Japanese is as local Japanese. "

At Dec, 2011, our company also came a new girl name munetsuna(宗綱), she is a quite working hard girl, but her healthy is a little bit weak. 1day she talked with me, maybe when her mother was in a delicate condition, she still smoked & drank, and her father is the same. So she guessed maybe this is the reason. I told her, she could go to see the Chinese traditional-medicine doctor and could be physical conditioning(nurse her health) by Chinese medicine. And the Chinese medicine should be the traditional way of decoction of cut crud drug, but not the Chinese medicinal granula. And I had contact a famous doctor for her, but maybe she refuse to decoct the drug, then there is no result. Since this Nov, 2013, she transfers to Peking branch, too, maybe she is really a excellent assistant in our company.

Recently personnel change in our company

Since 20th, April, murata(村田さん) has transfered to Shanghai. Seito(斎藤さん) came and replaced her position. Stepping in May, on 19th, May, hanaoka(花岡さん) quitted by personal health reason. Then, tamura(田村さん) came to our company more often.On the 1st, June, yoshizawa(吉沢さん) transfers to Peking branch and begins his new way-he could meet his girlfriend everyday(his girlfriend is Pekingness).

Yesterday, tanaka(田中さん) finished her last day's job and quitted from headoffice, too. She has married with someone who she knew in our local area, and she has become pregnant since April. The baby will born on Dec. Certainly, we would say congratulations to her.

Maybe this is very normal in every normal company. But with some familiar colleagues' leaving, maybe everyone would have some unaccountable sad in the heart, as me.

Today, I come back to work again after the break of May day.

Today, I come back to work after the holiday of the International Labour Day. Since Thursday night last week, here began to rain. About 16:00 today, the observatory of local even warn there is going to be a heavy rain coming soon this evening. But we couldnot see the big rain. Just, just small...

According my observation, usually if the observatory could get 50% accuracy rate, that it could be worth to celebrating.

As the following news, USA announced that Osama Bin laden was shot to dead by US Navy Seals today. The action was got the help of the pilotless plane. He hid in a conspicuous villa near the capital of Pakistan, and it is not as always sound in the poor mountain area. DNA checking is going.

But, is this news true or false? I donot know. Maybe I wouldnot get to know forever. Maybe it would be as some guesses as the dead of hitler in world war 2.

Murada(村田さん)　has moved to shanghai since the 21st, April. A new one has come.

Changing, changing, changing...

“鉄打的営pan(兵営)、流水的兵”。The relation between military camp and soldiers.

Since the end of last month, our company came a new colleague, another 村田さん。　He likes to smoke very much, but he could everytime go to no-smoking area to enjoy, that is good.

She, 村田さん, it is said that she would transfer to Shanghai（上海） at about the end of this month. Maybe she has good show and got the satisfaction of head office. Good luck.

It is said that 花岡さん will leave and go back to Japan to cure her illness at May. It is said that she would like to leave at Feb, but company like her to stay till they could find suitable person. Then, terrible Fukushima （福島）nuclear disaster...

But I donot like her to go back recently. As you know...her hometown is in 千葉県。

吉沢さん is planing to leave our company at the end of Feb. But maybe he has something been changed, he is still in. But it is said that he would leave at the end of May.

I donot know...maybe as a Chinese proverb:“鉄打的営盘、流水的兵”。---(The military camp stays at there year by year, but those services in army will be changed regularly after their tasks were finished.)

The world wouldnot dump and shouldnot dump.(For 311)

Last week, 村田さん just came back from Tokyo. She said, now in Japan, almost all foreigners has left and have to left, only few stayed. The whole Tokyo international airport, looking around, you could just match Japanese. Tourists are few and few.

My point is: that doesnot mean that all the foreigners are dumping Japaneses. Because some stresses come from their families, their friends and even from their countries. Although they left and have to left, we, those who have warm-hearted people wouldnot dump to leave, they are using a lot of ways to continue  to support suffering people(Japanese). Although every manager would cover something after one disaster, not all being shown in front of public, Japanese' has be better than a lot. And according to present information in hand, the influence is being controlled.

We would go with Japanese! The world wouldnot dump and shouldnot dump.

Yesterday, temperature suddenly was down 10 degree and with very strong north-wind. Because of this strong cold and strong wind, my plants that are in front of my room were pulled down many times, this made me support them many many times. Last evening, it is a marvellous evening.

Why?

Because we were trapped into very moist day for some days. Spring is coming. Every time after mopping the floor, you have to wait, how long? 5-6 hours. Every morning, you could see plants' leaves edge decorated by shinning water. They stay there until noon and no moving plan.

Last evening, facing are all the cool and cold wind. Sky seems to tear off a ground glass of the window. I could look clearly of many things: buildings, trees, lights, ...even those moving vehicles. I enjoy these.

And, at the same time, I have to thanks for God for my peaceful life of present. But not everyone could enjoy this.

When I work last night, shizuoka（静岡県など）etc. have new earth quakes too. Maybe these would make people more concern too. Today, from Tokyo head office send off a letter to us. And said thanks for those who still work hard at their position, and said because there are earth quakes still, so some working procession maybe not so normal and smooth.

I wish God bless every people, God bless every suffering people, God bless every suffering nation, and God bless Japan! These are what I wish today!

村田さん's cold and an experience that asking for fast food service.

This is the 4th day I could see the air breathed out from my mouth-White in this winter. Maybe this could prove this winter is cold enough.

Last Thursday, when I came in office, I suddenly saw a short hair with a pink mouth-mask girl sitting on 村田さん's chair, because she was wearing a pair of glass, that was made me be surprised enough. Maybe you could imagine that in the brain. That was 村田さん. She got a cold with some cough. I taught her that she may boil some white-vinegar in her room and that could help her to resume more quickly. She said thank you. And, I told her that in order to get a good treatment the patiences in out local chest hospital doctors shouldnot allow them wearing mask, for this would prevent that they could breathe freshing air and delay their resuming. (Since this week, she really dumps mask. And although she isnot the best, and she has been better and better.)

Last evening, she still worked late. When she met me, she asked me whether there is fast food service to office or not. I told her yes, because at that time is 20:30 not yet. But when I search and dial phone, I thought I met a big problem. I called 9 resturants. Some has closed down, some has canclled this service, some couldnot find someone to listen, some said they were cleaning and washing even the service time ending at 21pm. I never thought to ask a fastfood service was so difficult. Last I dial the nearest Kentucky, but they asked me dial the service hot-line, or they couldnot support. I searched it on net, and found Kentucky could support ordering on the net. But when 村田さん finished a lot of items on the form on the net, it couldnot move the next step. Woo,... She has to take the phone again and said that hot-line maybe better. But trouble coming again, maybe her not so beautiful Chinese(reality, her Chinese is good.) Kentucky's Service girl couldnot get to know our building's address. She had to put off the phone and said "So trouble, I exit."

I asked her why not try again fast-noodle? She said, "I have have it at noon, and I need to have some others."

After a while, I thought, even there is some trouble, I ought to help her to ask this food. (because she is a foreigner...) I asked her whether I could help her. She said sure. Then I called for her. Because that is a China range service call, that operating girl couldnot understand Cantonese. (Some words she need me to use it make a phrase, this seems that I go back to school...haha...)But with my smart, I finished this order at last. And service has arrived at shortlly about 20 minutes later. (She asked a kind of hamburger, an glass of cold-orange juice and a coun of sweet corn. Pommes frites couldnot be serviced.) Adding 7 yuan service fee, it is 33 yuan. I asked her why she like to have pommes frites and cold drink during she is having a cold. She just gave me a smile. I think this is not so good, but I didnot say anymore.

This is an experience that asking for fast food service. Not very zigzag, but it made me think about it... Maybe we should go down and buy food by ourself would be more comfortable and more easier.

今日は旧暦の「冬至」。

今日は旧暦の「冬至」です。広東の伝統は「旧暦の新年より、冬至はもう重要なのですね。 This evening, when I am on my way to office. Suddenly, I saw a beautiful girl was running the roller on the side of the automobile's way, with a girl's hand bag in one of her arm. She has been showing quite good skill. This is the 2nd time that I saw this sight. (Last time he is a foreign boy.) When I was imagining-if I was her, how miricale as her,...... Suddenly, I heard a old couple(about 60's) were talking with each other. '' She donot know how to write the word of death. (means:She still donot know the dangerous), ......'' Till now, I could say, ''Yes, that is what I want to say.'' I know this reality, our city is a big jam city, and it is a big dangerous city with a lot of automobiles.

10 fen(cent)(1.5円) and 123 yuan(1,800円).

Today, on my way home, a girl walking in front of me lost something out of her pocket when she brought her cell phone from it. But she just glanced then continued moving forward. When I close that thing, I saw it was a paper-10 fen(cent)(1.5円). On the one hand, I felt sorry for her not to pick it up, on the other hand, I think how much a 10 cent could buy in this world...

Maybe this is the treasure of the whole society has been accumulated a lot, so the coin isnot worth anything.

Today I couldnot get any news about that "Disney"shop. This evening, office are empty besides me. At noon, Xia and Li invite me to a very delicious lunch-it is mainly made by Monopterus. Specially, that is Monopterus rice. It cost 123 yuan(1,800円), including 1 roast pork(lean meat with some fat), 1 stir-fry vegetable(mustard greens and lean pork) and famous Monopterus rice, then plus 3 cups of tea. Xia paid for it. I just could say thank you. Although lunch is good, I think everyone per 40 yuan(600円) is quite expensive for a lunch(dinner).

About close business down and open for business.

Our company is located in a business center. Shops change often.

This evening, when I passed "Disney" shop(1 shop is on my way to office), I found it was moving. Some worker were carrying some cabinets for stock on the truck, stocks in shop have been moved out firstly. Its big logo where is on the roof has been broken. It has opened since about 1994. I donot know why. Maybe I could find some clues on tomorrow's newspaper.

This makes me think another 2 things. 1, it is 1 bar located on my way to office has closed down after 2010 world cup. 2, it is Friendship shop has rent some floors of our building and sell high-class luxury goods for man since 1st, Aug. According to newspaper, its manager said that the turnover volume of business had reach their expectation shortly, they original goal is needed about 6 months. But I couldnot see too many consumers in the department. Why?

Some seller tell me in their shop the quite "cheaper" good is about 3,000 yuan(about 500 us dollars.), and this is just a ball-pen. If you want a pen, it will cost you about 5,000 yuan(800 us dollars). I think, it is a crazy price. I donot know whether there are too many richer or not, but I guess this is a proof that is the reality of our society -"Polarization between rich and poor".

Yesterday 吉沢さん said he would leave our company at the end of this year and move to Peking. He will marry next year and maybe because his girl friend is a Peking girl. Good luck. But I maybe would lose a friend. Feel some down.~~

Rain continue to fall.

This evening, I could see 吉沢さん again. He said he liked the 27th dinner, 潮州菜. I said that it was my pleasure, and if we could have time, I would like to introduce more famouse local food for him.(But he told me a sad story, his cousin suicided in this morning. He had to go back to Japan tomorrow. He said his cousin suicided for emotion.)I think the life is God's givenness of life, everyone shouldnot have wasted this chance.

Rain continue to fall. At about 6pm this evening, the thunder and lightening, bad weather and heavy rain came at last. I have taken some pictures.

Recently, local area's weather is quite cool, sometimes we even donot need to turn on the fan. It is about 25-28 degree.

After the new-rain, it gave us fresh air, clear road, shining building outlook, and a lot of fruit, why?(because when I passed some villas located huanshi dong lu, I saw a lot of fruit fallen on the pavement. I searched the source upper, and found they came out from the yard of some villas. At least there are 2 kind of fruit, I know 1, named Myrtaceae syzygium samarangense; and I donot know another. ) They made the ground red and yellow. I like Myrtaceae syzygium samarangense, reddish and waterish and with some lightly acid.

Even the ground is wet, some free-TV audiences still occupy some upper positions where the pedestrian crossing-bridge is and begin their evening entirement. They love to watch, me too. But I have my TV set, they donot have. That is the difference.

Tomorrow rain will fade out slowly, but I really like it could stay more days, even sometimes I will be wet.

Today, I have met 吉沢さんのfriend.

His friend is a female, named 百合。

Maybe she would come here to work and visit for about 21 days. We have 潮州菜（one kind of famous dinner of Canton) this evening. Delicious!

These 2 days, it rain and rain.

吉沢さんのfriend will arrive in here at about 20:30-local time(She has delayed her arrangment). But maybe the bad weather, aircraft delay its arrival. From airport to our company, there is a hour way to go.

Our local biggest TV station-Canton(Guangdong) TV center will turn on(just picture, but no sounds) 2 big TV screen where are on the wall at about 18pm., When the night fall, in front of it, at the open-air area, some workers,or vagabonds who couldnot have the abilities to watch TV programs would sit on the ground or find something where could sit, then begin their short wonderful precious culture dinner(as the screen just open from about 18:00 to 21:30). Sometimes even it rain, they would staidly insist on their position.

Everytime when I see this, I would happen some unhappy from my deep heart. Society has being increased, but the whole society has still being seperated, someone live well and better well...till very well, but someone would stll live bad and worse...very worse.

Maybe the whole society is fusing and confusing. No one would stay away. If you are lucky, then you could enter a good environment and eat well, live well. If you arenot lucky, you would born in a very poor or bad situation family, then the nightmare would follow you, whatever how hard you work, you would hardly change your life's fate.

What could I do, when I face those poor guy in the society? Sometimes I reallly cry from my heart.

Today 吉沢さん give me a piece of 東巴紙(dongba-paper) bookmark, it is a very fomous paper made by hand and by traditional technology. Thank you very much. Tomorrow, 1 friend of his will come to our city and I will be her guider.

Our paper of tomorrow, one of the place (at the amout of money) should be written as "**10thousand(万)**(円)en", but written as"****(円)en" . But I could not find our editor. I have to correct it by hand. I could just tell him tomorow.

Today, because of No.3 typhoon, it rain a little but blow a quite strong wind. Seeing the sky, you could see the clouds run quite quickly in the sky, sky is quite blue, building are so beautiful, everything are quite clear now. I love this kink of weather. Would you?

I met 1 cheater again.

In these days I could see several stars in the sky. I feel good. At the best day, I counted totally 12stars I could see. 3 are brighter, 5 are middle bright, the last 3 are dime. And I could see some cloud and green sky. On the TV program, they said the good weather and low pollution days just appeared 8 years ago. Oh, I didnot lie. It is very rare.

This evening, I could see cloud but couldnot see the clear moon, the moon seems to wear a thin veil.

Last evening, I met 2 girls, one of them hand and touch my hand, and said"please help me, and buy a bread for me." Oh, I see, I just saw she told with a black fat boy, but he seemed to go his way. I just thought he was their friend. Because I met these many times, I just shook my hand and said sorry, then move away quickly. You should know, if they(or she) could talk with you the 1st sentence, then they would talk to you a lot and could quickly catch your heart(a lot of cheater would study psychology), at the end they would tell you a lot of their miserable story and you would be cheated not only the price of a bread but also a lot of money.

Several days ago, I was asked by a man, he said I donot want to say, this is not good for a man, he showed his besides a woman and a child, we want you could buy a train ticket to ... believe me, you donot need to give me money, you could just directly buy the ticket then give us. I walked away quickly. Because I thought, after I give you, you could sell them at the ticket office at once. I couldnot do it.

At this area, maybe this is the 6th times that I met. Maybe I have honest look or stupid look, I really donot know. Keep clearness is very important and be on alert is very important in the society.
