China Telecom Corporation Limited claims that it has begun to block all the tunnels of Google(.com.hk, .com, .co.jp etc.) in mainland China since local time 17:45 on the 30th March , 2010.
This action is according to the order from the State Administration of Radio Film and Television of China（SARFT). SARFT said that this wouldnot effect the relationship between USA and PRC China. The decision about leaving off mainland China is just by Google itself.
