台風一過（小学校） The typhoon has passed.

今朝は台風一過、青空が広がります。

The typhoon has passed and clear blue sky appeared.

田場っ子の皆さん、朝の活動では６年生を中心に後片付けを頑張りました。

TABA students worked hard this morning on cleanup activity led by 6th graders.

フェンス沿いの歩道もきれいにします。

クワディーサーの実がたくさん落ちて歩きにくい道がきれいになりました。

Many Terminalia catappa(tropical almonds) on the ground were making it hard to walk. The sidewalk along the fence had been cleared.

朝のボランティア清掃、ありがとう。

始業式（幼稚園）Opening ceremony

今朝は田場幼稚園に「元気な声、素敵な笑顔」が戻ってきました。

Cheerful voices and lonely smiles are back to TABA pre school today.

夏休みが終わっても、コロナ禍の影響で登園自粛が続いていましたが、今日から解禁です。

Restrictions of COVID-19 has been lifted today.

どの子もひさしぶりの登園で、ニコニコ笑顔です。

Everyone is smiling, it's been a while they came to school.  

始業式は３密を防ぐために、校内放送を使って行ないました。

To keep social distance, we used shool broadcast for openig ceremony.

子ども達は久しぶりの登園にもかかわらず、しっかりとお話を聞くことができました。

They listend very well even though they were off school for a while.

始業式でのあいさつで園長先生のお願い一つ、「２学期を楽しく過ごすこと！」でした。

At the opening ceremony, there was a request from the principal " Have fun 2nd term".

各学級とも担任の先生と一緒に頑張ります。

HRT and kids will enjoy school life.

今日の給食 Today's lunch.

今日のボロボロジューシーは、平和についてもう一度考え欲しいという願いがあります。

Meaning behind today's lunch is to think again about peace.

なぜなら、今日は「沖縄終戦記念の日」になります。６月の「慰霊の日」がありますが、実は「慰霊の日」が終わっても沖縄県では戦争が続いていたのです。今日が本当に沖縄県での戦争が終わった日と言うことです。

Because today is "memorial of the end of the war day". We have memorial day in June but in fact war cotinued in Okinawa even after memorial day. Today is the day when the war in Okinawa really ended.
