China is promoting the "One Belt, One Road" mega-economic zone plan, but has also come up with a new plan around the Arctic Circle. China has also come up with a plan to build an "Ice Silk Road". The United States should first build a "Linear Canal Railway".

According to Foreign Policy magazine, China calls itself an "Arctic Power" even though it is not located in the Arctic Circle. It is said that going through the Arctic Ocean will enable significant cost reductions.

Currently, the route to the port of Hamburg in Germany is about 21,000 kilometers, but if the Northern Sea Route is established, the distance will be shortened to about 13,000 kilometers.

In other words, the sailing distance can be shortened by about 60%, which not only reduces transportation costs such as ship fuel costs, but also reduces the risk of pirate attacks. This is said to apply to China, and is the reason why China is focusing on developing the Northern Sea Route.

I have proposed the construction of a "high-speed railway dedicated to container transport (linear canal railway)" connecting the west coast and east coast of the United States. I also believe that China is a "major customer" of this "linear canal railway."

If the Trump administration announces the construction of the "linear canal railway," China will also welcome it. If the Trump administration allows "foreign capital" to enter the country, China will invest. However, America should build it with "American capital."

The "linear canal railway" is planned to operate connecting ports in California and ports in the Caribbean, and will travel the shortest distance of 1,000 km in about two hours. This technology will utilize "Japan's linear Shinkansen technology," which is currently under construction.

President Trump says he will take back the "Panama Canal," but in reality it is impossible. The Panama Canal is unstable in "navigation" due to abnormal weather. America should not insist on the "Panama Canal."

Once the linear canal railway is completed, container transport (door to door) between the west coast and east coast of the United States will be completed in about half a day, and there will be no need to go through the Panama Canal.

Exports from China to the east coast of the United States will be transported from China to a port in California by container ship, where the containers will be transferred to the linear canal railway and transported to a port in the Caribbean. From there, they will be transported to New York by "another ship" or by land route.

Exports from Europe to Japan, China, Southeast Asia, and Oceania will be transported from Europe to a port in the Caribbean, where the containers will be transferred to a ship and transported to a port in the Pacific. This is faster than the Panama Canal.

Transport from New York in the east to the west coast of the United States will be transported by land or container ship to a port in the Caribbean, where the containers will be transferred to the linear canal railway and transported to a port in California. From here, they will be transported by land route to Los Angeles, etc.

I believe that the linear canal railway will become a major artery connecting the Pacific Ocean and America, and the Atlantic Ocean and Europe. America should take global logistics into its own hands.

The Suez Canal remains a high-risk route. Europe should utilize the Linear Canal Railway as a bypass of the Suez Canal and develop a route to Asia and Oceania.

The Linear Canal Railway is for containers only, so cargo other than containers can use the existing Panama Canal and Suez Canal.

In order for America to develop an Arctic route, it needs to revive its shipbuilding industry. To revive the shipbuilding industry, Nippon Steel Corporation's shipbuilding steel is needed. Nippon Steel Corporation should be allowed to acquire US Steel.

Furthermore, the working conditions in the shipbuilding industry are poor. Low-wage workers who endure poor working conditions have no choice but to build a "special zone" on the Mexican border and hire "temporary immigrants." Trump should make a decision.

This case is an arbitrary misapplication of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. (It is an illegal act).

The charges are "Abuse of the authority of a special public official" and "Crimes of False Complaints".

In my "personal opinion," the prosecutors "concealed" the "criminal complaint" and "criminal accusation" by their "authority." Therefore, the "statute of limitations" has been suspended.

"Chapter 8." This case is "legally" an "error in the application of law."
"Errors in the application of law" are not subject to "requests for retrial" under the "Criminal Procedure Law."

However, if the "crime of the inspectors and police officers involved in the case" is "proven," a request for retrial can be made.

1. The charge against the "special public officials" in this case is "abuse of the authority of special public officials."
They "arrested" us even though there was "no suspicion of a crime." And they even "detained" us. (There is a precedent for grand jury decisions.)
2. And it is "the crime of false accusation." It is a fact that they "indicted" us and even found us guilty in a "trial" in order to make us criminals.

Requests for retrial can be made by us or by the prosecutors.
I believe that the prosecution should admit guilt and make a request for a retrial.

I will not give up. It has been 15 years since the incident.

The only country that can resolve this case is the United States.
When Trump was the former president, he promised me.

He replied with a signed letter saying, "I will resolve this in a way that satisfies you."

I hope that this time he will keep his promise.

President Trump, let's work together to "revive the Rust Belt" and create a "special zone on the Mexican border."

And let's cross the Caribbean Sea to the Pacific Ocean in two hours with the "American Linear Canal Railway," a freight train dedicated to containers that will replenish the Panama Canal.
