The Trump administration should ban the manufacture and sale of "vehicles" that use "rare earths". Suzuki, which has been cut off from supply, has "temporarily" stopped production of its small car "Swift".

Rare earths are important minerals used in motors for electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid vehicles (HVs), and China accounts for 70% of the world's production.

In April of this year, the Chinese government began restricting rare earth exports as a countermeasure to the US's "reciprocal tariffs". Exports now require permission from the authorities, causing global supply uncertainty.

According to Bloomberg News, Ford Motor Co. of the United States stopped production of some models in May due to the export restrictions. European companies are also suffering from supply chain disruptions. Western countries should be banned from making cars that use rare earths.

In the "AI society", the demand for electricity is "rapidly expanding". Supplying electricity to "AI" should be prioritized. America should run cars on "gasoline and natural gas", which are "American resources".

When G7 countries resume production and sales of cars such as "EVs and HVs", production and acquisition of "rare metals" should be made mandatory.

America and the world will be enough with "gasoline engine cars" even without "EVs" and "HVs". In the "AI society", there will be a battle over "electric energy". Electricity supply should be prioritized.

The risk of dependence on China for important mineral resources has been pointed out for some time. Major domestic automakers other than Suzuki do not seem to be affected, but they should be forced to review their supply chains when they resume production.

I support the spread of hydrogen engine cars. This is a car that replaces the fuel of the gasoline engine with hydrogen. In Japan, "taxi cars" are mainly "LPG fueled".

In the United States, LPG (propane) production has increased significantly due to increased production due to the shale gas boom, and in 2022, it will account for about 27% of the world's LPG production and become the world's largest LPG producer.

If the Trump administration delays the development of "hydrogen gas (compressed gas or high pressure gas)" cartridges, taxis and commercial vehicles should be "LPGized".

Japan is one of the major importers of LPG, and the largest LPG import partner in 2023 is the United States. The United States has overtaken the Middle East in LPG import share.

If the Trump administration promotes MAGA, it should focus on the spread of LPG vehicles. The United States is a country rich in resources. If it does not stick to rare metals, it should contribute to global warming with American resources.

Tesla produces EVs. I have argued that Tesla should generate electricity with hydrogen batteries and switch to motor-driven vehicles.

However, if rare metals cannot be refined in the United States, Tesla should withdraw from EV production and manufacture hydrogen engine vehicles.

Tesla should focus on developing hydrogen cartridges and receive hydrogen engine parts from GM and Nissan. I believe that the key to hydrogen engine vehicles is hydrogen cartridges. President Trump should provide subsidies for hydrogen vehicle development.

This case is an arbitrary misapplication of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. (It is an illegal act).

The charges are "Abuse of the authority of a special public official" and "Crimes of False Complaints".

In my "personal opinion," the prosecutors "concealed" the "criminal complaint" and "criminal accusation" by their "authority." Therefore, the "statute of limitations" has been suspended.

"Chapter 8." This case is "legally" an "error in the application of law."
"Errors in the application of law" are not subject to "requests for retrial" under the "Criminal Procedure Law."

However, if the "crime of the inspectors and police officers involved in the case" is "proven," a request for retrial can be made.

1. The charge against the "special public officials" in this case is "abuse of the authority of special public officials."
They "arrested" us even though there was "no suspicion of a crime." And they even "detained" us. (There is a precedent for grand jury decisions.)
2. And it is "the crime of false accusation." It is a fact that they "indicted" us and even found us guilty in a "trial" in order to make us criminals.

Requests for retrial can be made by us or by the prosecutors.
I believe that the prosecution should admit guilt and make a request for a retrial.

I will not give up. It has been 15 years since the incident.

The only country that can resolve this case is the United States.
When Trump was the former president, he promised me.

He replied with a signed letter saying, "I will resolve this in a way that satisfies you."

I hope that this time he will keep his promise.
