（1）グローバル化とは？
グローバル化という美名の元に
資金だけは途方もない額が世界中を飛び回っている。
国民は貧困のどん底の中で這い回っている。
ＧＮＰの拡大と共に東南アジア、中国、インド等は
国内の衰退と反比例するように繁栄の一途を辿っている。
アメリカも日本もよく似ている。
アメリカは、国民が国民皆保険制度がないため、
下層国民や黒人は今度のコロナ渦で大量の死者が出ている。
国民の税金で保険制度を完備することを金融資本が猛反対しているようだ。
前大統領はこの制度を政治生命をかけて、実施しようとした。
日本でもそれは違った傾向だが根底には同様な原因があるようだ。
国内では若者は、
低賃金の中で、デートする時間もない、結婚するお金もない、
結婚しても子供を産み育てる金もない、
なんとか、
学校を出ても就職する先がない。
今はコロナ渦で外出自粛の要請（半強制）がでて、
アルバイトができない。お金がないので里に帰りたくても
里にも帰れない学生が大勢出ているそうだ。
ちなみに、
やっと就職しても又、同じ事の繰り返し。
人口は増えることがない。
増えるはずがないのである。
強欲資本主義に生きているのだから。
消費税増税は福祉税ではなく、
グローバル企業へ貢ぐのみ。
それが何十年も続いて、
今では老人国家。
バブル崩壊以来、当時の若者は二束三文で企業を追い払われ、
残っても馬車馬のように低賃金で働かされた。
その為、
自殺者は毎年15年ほどは全国で3万人を越えた。
少し余裕があっても、長時間労働、出張や転勤で
家庭を暖める余裕などなかった。
ちなみに
グローバル企業の海外企業生産高（額）はＧＤＰには含まれない。
これらはＧＮＰとして計算される。
逆に、
国内の海外企業の国内生産高はＧＤＰとして計算される。
日本のグローバル企業の海外資産は1000兆円を超え、
純資産は340兆円をこえている。
目先の利益にしか目が向かないため、
若者は真の敵を見間違え、
近視眼的に
親や祖父母の代を敵に祭り上げ、
目の敵にしている。
真のグローバル化を実現しようと思えば、
国際的な同一労働同一賃金や国際的な最低賃金制などを
確立するために最大限の努力をすべきであろう！
これらがなければ、果てしなき利益追求が続き、
その補填に消費増税がうなぎ登りになるのは目に見えている。
大企業が海外に出て行くのは、
基本的には法人税が原因ではない。
低賃金と自然の資源、安い地代などが魅力で、
高額な利益があるからだ。
