お箏の調弦は柱を動かしたり、一時的には左手で弦を押して変更します。
お箏の調弦はとても柔軟に変えることが出来るので、邦楽だけでなく、
西洋のクラシック音楽、ポップス、ロックも演奏する事が出来ます。
2019年の夏に行われましたサマーキャンプに参加し、
地元のミュージシャンと「森のオーケストラ」を、キャンプに参加した子供たちと「森の合唱団」を結成しました。
卒業式や送別会でよく歌われます「ビリーブ」を日本語で、

To change the tuning of the koto, move the Ji / bridge or press the strings with your left hand.
The tuning of koto is very flexible and so available to play not only Japanese pieces, but also Western classical music, pops and rock.
At the 2019 summer camp, we formed a "Forest Orchestra" with local musicians and a "Forest Chorus" with the children who participated in the camp.
The pieces that we performed were "Believe", which is often sung at Japanese graduation ceremonies and farewell parties in Japanese.
