ZTTアーティスト楽曲を集めたサンプラー・アルバム。この時点で既にデビュー済みの、アート・オブ・ノイズ、フランキー・ゴーズ・トゥ・ハリウッド、プロパガンダに加え、アン・ピガール、インスティンクト、アンドリュー・ポピーの新人お披露目となっている。全曲新曲or未発表ヴァージョンでの収録。トレヴァー・ホーンは、アート・オブ・ノイズの3曲のほか、FGTHの2曲でプロデュースを担当。「明日なき暴走」はライヴ・ヴァージョン。「ディズニーランド」は新曲でホーンがFGTHをプロデュースした最後の楽曲となった。
元ピックバックのサイモン・アンダーウッドが結成した3人組ユニット、インスティンクトは結局デビューできず、このアルバムが彼らの曲を聴ける唯一のレコードとなった。※2011年にリリースされた"Zang Tuum Tumb-The Art of the 12"やその続編でも聴けるようになりました。
