アート・オブ・ノイズの4枚組ボックスセット。「イントゥ・バトル」「誰がアート・オブ・ノイズを…」のアウトテイク集。全56(+ボーナストラック3)曲中41曲が未発表音源となっている。元々は3CD+DVDでの発売が告知されたが、最終的にDVDが外され、カセットのみ発売されたレア盤音源を収録したCDに差し替えられている。そのレア盤音源は、ミニLPとして発売された「イントゥ・バトル」のオリジナルマスター版、「クローズ」の20分に及ぶメガミックス"That Was Close"、"The Tortoise And The Hare"など。
36ページにも及ぶブックレットにはオリジナルメンバー5人による楽曲解説などを収録。
ちなみにDVDにはビデオ・クリップ、ライヴ、メンバーへのインタビューなどが収録される予定だったそうだ。
2008年10月に輸入盤加工で日本盤が発売。Tシャツとステッカーが付録した。邦題は「神よ、私の身体に何を・・・」。
