1985年にZTTと袂を分かったアート・オブ・ノイズが14年ぶりにZTTに復帰した再結成アルバム。とは言え、メンバーだったJ.J.ジェクザリック、ゲーリー・ランガンは不参加。アン・ダドリーとトレヴァー・ホーン、ポール・モーリーのオリジナル・メンバーに加え、元10cc、ゴドレイ＆クレームのロル・クレームが正式加入した新体制となっている。
「月の光」「亜麻色の髪の乙女」で有名なフランスのクラシック作曲家、クロード・ドビュッシーの作品をモチーフに、ドラムンベースを加えたコンセプト・アルバム。かつてのアート・オブ・ノイズの音楽とは全く異なったアプローチとなっている。ゲストとしてラッパーのラキム、ナレーションに俳優のジョン・ハートが参加。
邦題は「ドビュッシーの誘惑」。
