１．体温調節

環境温が変化すると、行動や自律性機能によって、体温はある狭い範囲内に保たれる。

酵素反応など、ある温度範囲内でのみ働く様々な生体反応にとって、体温調節は、必要不可欠なホメオスタシスの一つである。

伝導・対流・放射による熱移動のベクトルは、皮膚表面の温度と体外環境の温度の差によって変化する。

蒸発による熱放散は、不感蒸散と発汗によるものであり、前者は呼吸中の気道からの水分蒸散や発汗によらない皮膚からの水分蒸散である。

この熱産生と熱放散のバランスで、体温はある一定の範囲に保たれる。


３．体温調節中枢・温度受容器

体温調節中枢は、視床下部の視索前野・前視床下部に位置し、特に視索前野が重要な役割を担う。

この領域を加温すると熱放散が促進され、冷却すると熱産生反応が起こる。

温度感受性ニューロンには、温度上昇で活動が増加する温ニューロンと、温度下降で活動が増加する冷ニューロンが存在する。

視索前野の温度感受性ニューロンは、延髄や脊髄の脳温度感受部位や皮膚の温度変化によっても反応する。

また、皮膚にも温度受容器が存在し、皮膚の温度受容器の分布は温ニューロンよりも冷ニューロンの方が多く存在している。


４．行動性体温調節・自律性体温調節

体温調節中枢が刺激されると、行動性および自律性の調節機能によって体温を一定に保とうとする。

行動性体温調節とは、暑さ寒さを感じたときにエアコンをつけたり、着衣量を調節したり、木陰や日向に移動するような行動による体温調節のことである。

一方、自律性体温調節とは、発汗や皮膚血管拡張による熱放散や、皮膚血管収縮による熱放散抑制やふるえ・非ふるえによる熱産生のことである。


５．体温調節効果器への神経経路

体温調節効果器（汗腺と皮膚血管）は、皮膚交感神経によって支配されている。

体温調節中枢からのシグナルは、延髄縫線核に存在する交感神経プレモーターニューロンから脊髄の中間外側細胞柱を介して、白交通枝から自律神経節に入る。

自律神経節からのシグナルは、コリン作動性およびアドレナリン作動性神経として灰白交通枝からそれぞれの効果器に到達し、それぞれの神経伝達物質を放出して効果器を刺激する。


６．体温調節効果器（汗腺）

皮膚の体温調節効果器の一つである汗腺は、交感神経性コリン作動性神経である発汗神経によって支配されている。

コリン作動性神経から放出されたアセチルコリンが汗腺にあるムスカリン様受容体を刺激し、汗腺活動が活性化される。

ヒトの汗腺にはエクリン汗腺、アポクリン汗腺、アポエクリン汗腺の3種類がある。

この中でもエクリン汗腺が体温調節を行っている。エクリン汗腺は胎生3ヶ月に手掌と足底に表皮下層から真皮への突起として発生し、5ヶ月で身体全体に、8ヶ月には成人のエクリン汗腺に類似した構造のエクリン汗腺が観察される。

エクリン汗腺は、分泌部と導管から形成されている管状腺である。

汗腺分泌部でほぼ等張性の汗原液が産生され、真皮内導管部（曲導管・直導管）におけるNa,K-ATPase活性によってNaClの再吸収が行われる。


７．体温調節効果器（皮膚血管）

皮膚血管は、交感神経性アドレナリン作動性神経である皮膚血管収縮神経と、交感神経性コリン作動性神経である皮膚血管拡張神経によって支配されている。

皮膚血管は熱的中性域（快適な温度環境下）では、血管収縮神経のトーヌスで、ある一定の収縮した状態を維持している。

環境温や核心温が低くなると、血管収縮神経活動が亢進し、皮膚血管はより収縮する。

逆に高くなると、血管収縮神経のトーヌスが弱まり、受動的に血管拡張が起こる。

さらに温度が高くなると、皮膚血管拡張神経が亢進して、皮膚血管は能動的に拡張する。

秘密結社（ひみつけっしゃ）とは、一般に、政府など公の機関以外であって、メンバーがその一員であることを隠しておかなくてはならない、あるいはその結社の存在そのものを隠しているクラブ、団体、会を言い、通常は入社儀式等の非公開の儀式を伴う組織である。

秘密結社とは、結社の存在そのものが構成員により秘匿される、又は、結社の存在は公になっていても、その構成員であることが、組織や構成員自身の許諾によらないで、第三者等により公開されることが禁じられている組織、あるいは、結社の活動目的や活動内容を構成員以外の第三者等に公開することが禁じられている組織で、政府など公の機関でないものをいう。

フリーメイソンのように、存在は元より連絡先を公開している結社もある。

しかし、その場合も構成員の公募を行わず、非公開の通過儀礼、符牒などを構成員が持つ場合は、秘密結社に該当するとされる。

その性格から、政治的秘密結社と宗教的秘密結社に大別されるが、両方の要素を持つ場合もあるし、数は少ないが、どちらにも属さないものもあり、単なる親睦団体である結社も存在する。

特定の職人同士や、特定の職種の商業者同士が自分達の技術の漏洩を防いだり、利権を守るために結成する職能・商業組合的な秘密結社も歴史的に多い。

メンバーは主義、職業、趣味、嗜好などなんらかの要素を共通して有する。

また、秘密の主義、信仰などを有している場合もある。

結社への入会に際しては、一定の厳しい制限が設けられていることが多い。

秘密結社はしばしば、議会を通してではなく直接行動によって既成の政治権力・社会秩序の転覆および再編成を目的とする反体制組織のことを指し、議会や選挙による承認を必要としないという考えに立脚するものと見なされたり、フィクションに描かれる傾向にある。

社会的に好ましくないと考えられている習慣、嗜好、活動を行っていたり、体制によって禁じられた活動をおこなっているものもある。

またグループをあえて秘密結社的にすることを愉しむたぐいの結社もまま見られる。

基本的には秘密結社は犯罪的、暴力的活動それ自体を目的とする組織ではなく、むしろ、それらの活動を禁止していることが多い。秘密結社は組織の性格上、存在の秘密を保持することが重要であり、犯罪活動は秘密の保持を危うくするからである。

一般的な犯罪活動を目的とするものは単にマフィアやギャングとして区別される。

ただし、前述のように、活動目的そのものが、体制によって禁じられているなど、活動地域における現行法の規定で犯罪行為に当たる団体も存在するし、また、組織の維持や秘密保持のために犯罪行為を犯す場合もあり、犯罪行為と無縁ではない結社もある。


日本での法的規定及び、日本での秘密結社 [編集]

古来より日本では任侠や鉱山夫など、特殊技能を有する職人などは、師弟関係を親子とするなどといった、擬似的な家族関係を主体にし、独自の法や儀式（親子杯など）、挨拶法（仁義を切るなど）を持ち、事実上秘密結社として機能していた。

しかし近代では職能的な「結社」は労働組合などにその役割を取られ、任侠の集団である暴力団の儀式・制裁の一部にその名残を残すのみである。

何らかの秘密を持ち、非公開の儀式を持つという意味では暴力団も秘密結社に相当しており、暴力団対策法等数多くの法律で規制されている。

大日本帝国憲法下、治安警察法により政治的な活動をする集団は届け出の義務があったため、村の青年会のようなものが一時的に政治的な活動をした場合でも無届けのものは全て秘密結社として取り締まりの対象となった。

また、届出制とはいえ内務大臣権限でいつでも結社を禁止することができ、たとえば社会主義・共産主義の結社は即日禁止されるのが常であった。

そのため、共産党は結成当初から非合法であったので秘密結社であった。

また神職・軍人は政治活動を禁じられていたため、昭和初期の大量の国家主義的な活動者のグループは秘密結社にあたる。

しかし、当時の宗教団体への法制度は国による認可制・教師資格制だったが、公式な神職（教師）が参加しない新宗教の団体も、届出を出して許可を得ており秘密結社にはあたらなかった。

学校教員・生徒の政治的集会への参加は1880年4月5日の太政官達により集会条例第7条に基づいて禁止されていた。

大日本帝国憲法第29条にも結社の自由は名目上は認められていたからである。

ちなみに、フリーメイソンは、朝鮮人を入会させないことを条件に黙認されている。

何故なら、太平洋戦争開戦時に朝鮮国の戦犯一族の脅迫で禁止されたが朝鮮人テロリスト一族が約束を反故し、原爆を投下。
