Two German states to test all meatpacking workers after coronavirus outbreaks

Two German states, including the country’s largest, will test all meatpacking workers for coronavirus after outbreaks at several slaughterhouses.
In North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany’s most populous state, an estimated 18,000-20,000 meatpacking workers will be tested.
Health authorities in the northern state of Schleswig-Holstein have also planned to test all abattoir workers.
The move comes after an outbreak of Covid-19 was detected at a meatpacking plant in Coesfeld, near Münster.
Employees at the West Fleisch processing plant were tested, with 151 out of a possible 200 testing positive for the virus.
In total, 13 people from the plant have been hospitalised while the rest of those are reportedly suffering only from minor symptoms.
Further outbreaks were detected in the town of Oer-Erkenschwick, where 33 out of a possible 1,250 workers tested positive, and in the town of Bad Bramstedt, where 109 workers tested positive.
In addition to the testing, the NRW state government will delay the relaxation of lockdown measures in Coesfeld.
Despite the delay, schools and day care facilities will again be allowed to open on May 11th - the official date for relaxing lockdowns across the rest of the country.

昨日UPした話題と類似になってしまいましたが、何か、両事案に共通性があるのでしょうか。“肉“が媒体になっている可能性なのでしょうか（わかりません）。
一方、ミュンスターは２０１３年のドイツ滞在時に訪問した環境先進都市でもあります。また、ドイツ国内で自転車の利用に関して最も取り組んでいることでも有名です。その街から西方に３０kmぐらい離れたところでの感染がキッカケになっているようです。
ちなみに最新情報では、ドイツでの感染者は約１７万人、死者は7,500人強。そしてNRW州では約35,000人の感染と1,400人ほどの死者を出しています。お世話になった方々の無事を祈る日々が続いています。
そして、日本も気を緩めてはならないでしょう。何故なら、地球規模では４００万人を突破しており、しかもその上昇カーブは、今だに直線的に上昇を続けていて、鈍化や下降などは微塵も感じられない状況だからです。
