今回は少し古めのネタ・・・。
なんか知らんが、Yaakov Neeman イスラエル法務大臣が第二次大戦中ナチスの SSに所属し戦後戦争犯罪（20人以上を殺害した容疑）に問われた Klaas Carel Faber 氏（オランダ生まれドイツ市民）を再び裁判にかけることをドイツ政府に求めたらしいが・・・。

つーか、Klaas Faber 氏が何をやらかしたのか？
実は Faber 氏は1947年の裁判、1940年に SS に加入した後オランダの Westerbork 収容所で囚人（？）を殺害した罪に（オランダの裁判所で）問われた。
そこで終身刑を言い渡されオランダの刑務所で服役していたのだが、1952年に脱走→ドイツに入国→ドイツで生活を始める、というどこかの映画みたいなことをやらかしていたっぺえ。

ややこしいのは、Faber 氏が刑務所からの脱走後ドイツ国内に入ったこと。
しかも、Faber 氏は1943年になって（皮肉なことにナチス政権下で宣告された『Führer’s law：総統命令、って意味らしい』）ドイツ市民になっていた。
この結果、ドイツ政府はオランダ政府から出てきた Faber 氏の身柄引き渡しの要求を拒むという展開に・・・。
当然、一部の方々（？）にとっては全然いい話でないのは言うまでもない。
この辺については、ドイツ政府への非難が出たけど・・・。

この後、Simon Wiesenthal～がイスラエル政府に対して、ドイツ政府が Faber 氏を処罰することを求めるよう圧力をかけたのは言うまでもない。
