青いクリスタルとボイド Blue Crystal and Void

　Ｅさん、Ｔさん、Ｎさんと瞑想セッション。

　足マッサージで体とエネルギーを調整してから突入だ。

　インディアンの庵、沈黙の行、自分の動物たちと植物、青いクリスタル、
　死と移行、失うことへの「悲しみ」、あちらで貰うエネルギー、
こっちへ戻ってくる「悲しみ」、巨大化する自分、などなど。
　
　池の蓮と化した自分、ゆらりとそよ風に吹かれ、池と自分と天をつなぐ。

death with sadness to lose, New energy to receive overthere,
Sadness to come back here, Enlarged Me.

Lotus Flower upon Pond, swaying gently with breeze,
connecting Pond and me and Heaven/Sky・・・・This is Me.
