Pleased to hear you have been doing some cooking. have enjoyed seeing the ingredients and meals that have been prepared. i recognised the worstershire sauce bottle in this pic as it is the same as one that our recent guest bought when she did some cooking for us here. she cooked some mashed potatoes and added cooked mince and onion. shaped them into oval shapes, dipped them in egg and breadcrumbs and deep fried them in oil. they were served with the black sauce (worstershire) and were delicious. tah
Ty for your nice comment. When we entered the glass wear shop, there were quite many different goods I almost had bought lol The dishes you see in this message are called \"Yakisoba\". I think you and we both bought the similar cooked in Nara park and sat on the ground and ate together, remember? We call the black sauce as worster sauce. And I recognize the oval shaped which was cooked by the young lady is \"Korokke\".

we can get soba noodles here too and i sometimes cook with them.
