正しい水分補給がポイント／（Ｃ）日刊ゲンダイ



　熱中症対策には十分な水分摂取が必要だ。しかし、持病によっては、特に水の取り方に気をつけなくてはならない。どういう人がそうなのか？　横浜創英大学の則岡孝子名誉教授に聞いた。

　まず、糖尿病だ。

「糖尿病の人はもともと喉が渇きやすいので、水分摂取は日頃から多めですが、間違った取り方をしている人が少なくありません」

　それが、スポーツドリンク、炭酸水、ジュースなどの取り過ぎだ。

「思っている以上に糖質が多い。水分摂取は水が基本です」

　糖尿病の人にとっては、水分摂取は食べ過ぎを抑え、血糖値上昇を防ぐという意味も持っている。そのためには、冷た過ぎない水を飲む。
　また、特に意識して飲みたいのが、夜寝る前と朝起きた時。コップ１杯の水を飲む。





「たいていの人は夕食のカロリーが最も高い。つまり、血糖値が一日の中で最も高く、血液がドロドロになっている可能性があります。それをサラサラにするのが、寝る前の水なのです。そして、朝の水は、寝ている間に失われた水分を補給するのが目的です」

　一日の水分摂取量も目安は２リットルだ。

■血液ドロドロ、尿酸値アップ

　高血圧も水分摂取に要注意。

「高血圧は水分摂取量が少ないと、血液の流れが悪くなって血液のドロドロ化が進みます。逆に水分摂取量が多いと、水分は血液中に含まれるので血液量も多くなり、血圧が上昇し、心臓に負担をかけます」

　一般的に摂取量の目安は２リットルでいいが、こまめに何度かに分けて飲む。外出前・中・後にそれぞれ１杯……といったようにだ。夏の外出は、運動をしたかと思うほどの発汗量がある。血液ドロドロは心筋梗塞、脳卒中のリスクを高めるので、気をつけたい。






　痛風・高尿酸血症が持病の人は、今の時季、発作を起こしやすくなるので要注意。

「発汗で体内の水分量が減るので、尿酸値が上がりやすくなります。さらに、排泄する尿量が減少するので、尿酸の排出量も少なくなり、体内の尿酸値は一気に上がって痛風を起こしやすい」

　風呂上がりに、プリン体の多いビールをグビグビッ…。ビール好きにはたまらないが、痛風・高尿酸血症の人は避けるべきだ。
　糖尿病、高血圧、痛風・高尿酸血症はどれも、病状が進行すると、腎臓も悪くなる。

「慢性腎不全など腎臓病の人が過剰に水分を摂取すると、それを処理するために腎臓に負担がかかり、体内の老廃物を処理しきれなくなり、低ナトリウム血症や意識障害を起こすことがあります」

　腎機能低下がすでに見られている人は、必要な水分量について主治医の指示を仰ぐべきだが、自分でできることとしたら、毎日の体重測定だ。

「急激な体重変化は水分によるものと考えられます。減少していれば意識的に水分を摂取し、増加している場合は塩分を控えてください。塩分摂取過多は水分貯留を招きます」

　夏を無事に乗り切ろう。

　そうなのだ。避難民が、多額の補償金をもらって昼間からパチンコや競輪にうつつをぬかしているという話は、ジャーナリズムの世界ではかねて囁（ささや）かれていた。

　『ＷｉＬＬ』でもそのことを報じたいと思っていたのだが、力不足でできなかった。さすが『新潮』だ。

　そもそも、原発避難民にはどれくらいの補償金が支払われているのか。

　〈２０１１年１０月から、赤ちゃんからお年寄りまで、１人あたり月１０万円あるいは１２万円の精神的損害賠償（中略）加えて、震災前の収入は自己申告すると全額補償〉

　６０代男性のケース。

　〈「楢葉町の自宅や田畑などの賠償金は約２０００万円（中略）家族全体で精神的損害賠償金は７０万円、震災前の収入補償などを加えれば、一時は月収が２００万円近くになりました」〉

　〈なおかつ、家賃は無料、医療費は免除され、所得税や地方税も支払う必要はない〉

　ために約２万４千人の原発避難者を受け入れている福島県いわき市ではベンツ、ＢＭＷなどの高級車が売れ、土地購入、不動産売買が増加。〈９割方は原発避難民〉だという。

　〈これまでに、東京電力が約８万人の原発避難民に支払った補償金は、ざっと１兆８０００億円。単純に計算すれば、１人平均約２３００万円〉

　いずれ、補償金のツケは電気料金に転嫁され国民全体に回ってくる。

　考えるべき重大な問題だ。

幻想郷の寒い冬が続いている。香霖堂はそれにも増して寒い。店内に無数の幽霊が群がっているからだ。幽霊はとても冷たい。彼らが群をなすと、ただただ、凍りつくように寒いのだ。困りはてる霖之助だが、そんな彼のもとを訪れる、うっかり者なお客があらわれて―――。落し物と拾い物をめぐる、ささやかな人生訓。 L’hiver de Gensokyo contine, et le Kourindou est plus froid que jamais. N.d.T : Jeu de mot de ZUN. Référence à Hotaru no Hikari (lueur des lucioles, neige sur la fenêtre) qui est la version japonaise de Auld Lang Syne. L’expression neige sur la fenêtre, signifie qu’il faut apprendre de ses erreurs, et tient son origine du poète Chinois Chen Tzu-Lung qui écrivait ses livres les nuits d’hiver quand la lune reflétait la neige sur la fenêtre. Peut-être, parce que sa famille était trop pauvre pour acheter des lanternes ou des bougies. La lumière fantasmatique et la leçon de morale font, bien entendu, partie de l’histoire.

　外は静かである。雪が降っているのだろう。実は長い旅の途中で、外が雪だからここで小休止しているだけなのかもしれない。 L’extérieur était très calme. À cause de la neige sans doute. Peut-être que ces fantômes étaient en train de faire un long voyage, et qu’ils s’étaient arrêtés chez moi en attendant que la neige s’arrête de tomber à l’extérieur.
　霊夢がお札を貼っていっただけで積極的に退治しなかったのは、やはり幽霊と妖怪は異なるということだろう。幽霊というだけでは退治するという理由にはならないのだ。妖怪とは違って。 Reimu avait placé ses amulettes à l’extérieur du magasin, sans se débarrasser activement de ces fantômes. Ils devaient être vraiment différents des yôkai. Ce serait un motif supplémentaire pour ne pas les exterminer. Contrairement aux yôkai.
　僕は、ストーブを付けっぱなしにしたまま寝ることにした。幽霊だって寒かろう。……いや、僕が寒いのだが。 Quant à moi, je décidai d’aller dormir en laissant le poêle allumé. Au moins, les fantômes n’auraient pas froids, du moins je l’espérais.
　―――ドンドンドン！ Pong ! Pong ! Pong !
　夜が明け、まだ日もの昇ったばかりだというのに、扉を叩いている者がいる。 C’était l’aube. Le soleil se montrait à peine que quelqu’un frappait déjà à ma porte.
雪はすっかり止み、雪の光と凍った空気で幻想郷は白色で包まれていた。 La neige s’était arrêtée. La lumière blanche de la neige, et l’air glacial de l’hiver avait enveloppé tout Gensokyo.
　ドンドンドン！ Pong ! Pong ! Pong !
「すみませーん！ちょっと貴方の店で調べたいことがあるのですがー！」 « Excusez-moi ! Il y a quelque chose que je dois vérifier dans votre boutique ! »
　ドドド……ドサ。 Pong ! Pong ! Pong… flomp.
　あーあ、扉を叩いて店揺れらしすぎるから……。昨夜はあれだけ雪が降っていたし、店は一晩中ストーブを付けていたから、屋根の雪も緩んでいただろうし。 Aah, la frappe avait fait trembler toute la maison… et comme il avait neigé hier et toute la nuit durant, en laissant le poêle allumé, la neige avait dû s’accumuler sur le toit, et commencé à fondre.
「まだ、開店まで随分と時間があるんだが……いったい何の用だい？」 « Vous savez que ce n’est pas encore l’heure pour moi de commencer… qu’est-ce qui vous amène ici ? »
　でも、扉を開けても誰もいないじゃないか。 Quand j’ouvris alors la porte, je ne découvris personne.
　いや、扉の前に雪の山がある。雪の山から二本の剣と片足が飛び出している。 Non, en fait il y avait un tas de neige à l’entrée de la porte, d'où s’extirpait difficilement deux épées et un pied.
　これでは客も入って来られないだろう。後で雪かきをしないといけないな……、ってそうじゃなくて。どうやら目の前の雪の山が「来客」らしい。 Cette neige va empêcher mes clients d’entrer. Je vais devoir m’occuper d’elle plus tard… oh mais un instant. Le tas de neige en face de moi semble enfouir un client potentiel.
　雪かき用のシャベルはどこにあったかな、って中に柔らかいものが入っているようだから乱暴に掘り起こすのは危険かもしれない。 Où ai-je bien pu mettre ma pelle à neige, non ce serait sauvage d’utiliser une pelle alors que cette neige contient un client. Ça paraît dangereux de pousser avec.
「うー……」 « Humff… »
目の前の雪の山うめき声が聞える。 J’entendis un gémissement venant de la montagne enneigée.
「自分で出てこられるかね。いったい何の用だい？まだ朝も早すぎて店を開けていないんだが」 « Je pense, que vous pouvez sortir vous-même. Enfin, que voulez-vous à cette heure matinale de la journée ? Je n’ai pas encore ouvert mon magasin. »
「う、動けない……。少しくらい雪をどかすのを手伝ってくれてもいいでしょう？」 « Nmm peux… bouger… est-ce que fous pouvez m’aider au moins à fretirer un peu fette neige ? »
「声だけ聞こえれば取りあえず用件は聞ける。手伝うのはその後でもいいんじゃないかな？」 « Si vous m’entendez, pouvez-vous d’abord me dire ce pour quoi vous êtes venu ? Je vous aiderai après, ça vous va ? »
「うーっ、うー」 « Ffour... hummff ! »
　僕は声の聞えた付近でけ雪を退けてみた。そこには来店一番に屋根の雪に返撃を受けた、間抜けな少女の頭が見えた。 Je retirai donc la neige à l’endroit d’où provenait la voix. La tête d’une petite sotte en sortit, c'était la première à avoir reçu l’attaque de la neige sur le toit.
「ぷう、冷たいー、って、手足が動かないよぉ。雪を全部どけて下さいよー」 « Brrr, il fait froid. Je ne peux plus bouger le moindre orteil. S’il vous plaît, est-ce que vous pouvez m’éloigner du reste de cette neige ? »
「雪は体を動かすと圧縮されて固まってしまう。だから」 « Si vous bougez trop, la neige va se comprimer, et vous enfermer. C’est pourquoi… »
「だから、じゃあなくて……」 « Je ne veux pas savoir… »
「で、いったい何の用だい？」 « Alors, pourquoi êtes-vous venue ici ? »
「しくしく。貴方の店で調べたいことがあるの、しかも急ぎで。だから訪れただけなのに……」 « Boo-hoo. Je suis venue vérifier si quelque chose pourrait se trouver dans votre magasin, et c’est urgent… C’est pourquoi je suis là. »
「調べたいこと？もしかしてこの幽霊のこと？」 « Vérifier ? Est-ce que ça pourrait avoir un rapport avec les fantômes ? »
「そうです」 « Oui. »
「ならば話が早い。雪をどかしてあげよう。」 « Pourquoi ne l’avez-vous pas dit plus tôt ? Laissez-moi vous débarrasser de toute cette neige sur vos vêtements. »
「って、違う用だったらこのままだったの？あーもう……」 « Quoi, alors si j’avais été là pour autre chose, vous m’auriez laissé comme ça ? Oh ce n'est pas vrai… »
「今度からは、店には丁寧に訪れように」 « À partir de maintenant, je m’obligerai à vous accueillir dans ma boutique comme il se doit. »
　しばらく雪をどかしたら、少女は動けるようになって雪の山から出てきた。店の扉を開けると、ばつが悪かったのか、恥ずかしそうに僕の後についてきた。 Quand j’eus terminé d’enlever la neige, elle put se déplacer à travers la pile. Peut-être à cause de ce qu’elle venait de subir, elle entra après moi en m’adressant un sourire gêné.
　魂魄妖夢という変わった名前名乗った少女は、店に入るなり寒そうに震えていた。上下緑色の服を着ていて、広がったスカートは短くて寒そうだ。おかっぱ頭は必要以上に幼く見えるが、登場の仕方からしてやっぱり幼いだろう。もっとも特徴的なのは、背中に携えた背丈ほどもある長刀と腰のあたりの短刀である。店に来るのにこんな物騒なものを持ち歩いているというのは、何というか……。強盗だと思われてもおかしくない。そりゃ店も拒絶するだろう。雪を落としたりして。 La jeune fille, qui portait l’étrange nom de Youmu Konpaku, commença à trembler de froid à peine entrée dans la boutique. Elle était en vert, de la tête aux pieds, avec une jupe courte et large, qui devait laisser passer l’air froid. Sa coupe au carré lui donnait un air enfantin – d’ailleurs le style de sa présentation le confirmait. La plus importante caractéristique qui la faisait, était la longue épée qu’elle avait dans le dos, environ de la même taille qu’elle, et la petite épée qui lui ceignait les hanches.
Porter des instruments aussi dangereux dans mon magasin… comment devrais-je lui dire ?
Je n’étais pas loin de penser qu’il pouvait s’agir d’une cambrioleuse, expliquant pourquoi le magasin s’était retournée contre elle dès le départ en l’ensevelissant de neige.
「寒いのなら、そのストーブに当たるといい。昨日から付けっぱなしなので暖まりすぎているくらいだから」 « Si vous avez froid, n’hésitez pas à vous installer près du poêle. Il tourne depuis hier, alors il doit être encore chaud. »
「あ、ありがとうございます。では早速」 « Oh, je vous remercie, je vais en profiter tout de suite alors. »
　店に入るなり、丁寧な態度になったような……。もともと「こういう」娘なのだろうか。 En entrant dans la boutique, elle adopta un attitude très courtoise… elle était probablement ce genre de fille.
「熱すぎるかもしれないから火傷には気を付けるように……」 « Il est chaud, donc faites attention à ne pas vous brûler… »
　ストーブの方を見てみると少女は緩んだ表情をしていた。わりとだらしない。やっぱり霊夢たちと同類かな？ Lorsque je regardai en direction du poêle, son visage s’était détendu, presque de manière paresseuse. Je supposais que ça devait être le même profil que Reimu et les autres.
　ストーブの上のやかんのお湯が危うく蒸発しきるところだったので、外からつららと雪を持ってきて入れた。 Comme le couvercle du poêle était chaud, j'en répartissais un peu de neige et de glace que j'avais ramené de l'extérieur.
「そろそろ良いかな？まず、何のようかい？君はこの幽霊のことを調べに来たと言っていたけど」 « Pouvons-nous commencer ? Tout d’abord, pourquoi êtes-vous venue ici ? Vous m’avez dit que vous êtes venue pour enquêter sur quelque chose concernant ces fantômes. »
「そうですね。ここの幽霊って、なぜ集まっているのかわかりますか？」 « Oui. Est-ce que vous savez pourquoi tous ces fantômes se sont réunis ici ? »
「わかっていたらもっと面白いことをしているよ」 « Si je le savais, j’aurais déjà pu commencer à les faire partir. »
　集めてどうしようというのだろう。それはともかく、さっきから気になっているのだが、ひときわ大きな幽霊がいつの間にか入り込み、ストーブを独占するように鎮座している。 Je pourrais peut-être songer à quelque chose en récoltant des informations. Mais plus important encore, quelque chose tout à l’heure a attiré mon attention : un fantôme exceptionnellement long et grand se trouvait à dominer le poêle.
「幽霊が集まってくる前に、何か変わったことはありませんでしたか？」 « Il a dû se passer quelque chose avant que tous ces fantômes n’atterrissent ici. Vous n’avez rien vu d’inhabituel ? »
「その前に、君はいったい何者だい？その刀で幽霊の退治をするかい？それとも、ただの好奇心なのか……」 « Avant de vous répondre, pouvez-vous me dire exactement qui vous êtes ? Comptez-vous exterminer ces fantômes avec votre épée ? Ou êtes-vous simplement curieuse à leur sujet ? »
「ああ、申し遅れました。私はこの幽霊たちが集まっている原因に心当たりがあるのです。私はこう見えても幽霊なのです。半分だけですが……」 « Oh, pardonnez-moi de ne vous avoir rien dit avant. En fait, j’ai une petite idée sur la cause de ce rassemblement chez vous. Après tout, je suis moi-même un fantôme, comme vous pouvez le constater, enfin, seulement à moitié… »
　なんだ、人間じゃないのか。じゃあ妖怪退治も幽霊退治もお願いできそうにないな、って幽霊？ Comment ? Elle n’est donc pas humaine ? Eh bien, je crois que je ne vais pas être en mesure de lui demander une extermination de yôkai… de fantômes… attendez, un fantôme ?
「幽霊だって？いつから幽霊が君みたいな実体を持つようになったんだい？亡霊じゃあるまいし」 « Vous êtes un fantôme, vous dites ? Et depuis quand les fantômes se baladent-ils avec un corps physique comme le vôtre ? Vous ne pouvez pas être morte. »
「ああ、もちろん私の『こっち』人間部分ですよ。私の幽霊部分は『あっち』」 « Oh si, bien sûr, cette partie de moi est humaine. Ma partie fantôme est là-bas. »
　少女はストーブを独占している大きな幽霊を指した。 La fille désigna le grand fantôme qui monopolisait le poêle.
　幽霊使いみたいなもんか。なら幽霊の扱いには慣れているだろう。幻想郷には変わった職業もあるもんだ。 Elle me semble capable de commander les fantômes. Dans ce cas, je peux peut-être trouver un moyen pour qu’elle discute avec eux. Sérieusement, il existe des races étranges à Gensokyo.
「ですから、もう一度訊きますが……。最近何か変わったことはありませんでしたか？例えば何かを拾ったとか……」 « Par conséquent, je vous le redemande… avez-vous vu ou entendu quelque chose d’inhabituel par chez vous ? Avez-vous ramassé quelque chose par exemple… »
「ある日突然、幽霊が集まってきたよ」 « Ils ont soudainement jailli du jour au lendemain, comme ça. »
僕は少女の訊き方で、彼女の意図が読めた気がした。 Je commençai à comprendre les intentions de cette jeune fille en interprétant ses questions.
「いや、それはわかっていますので」 « Oui, ça je le sais. »
「君は、何か心当たりがあると言っていたね。でも、こちらから原因を聞き出そうとしている。それはつまり、君にとってあまり堂々と言えるようなことではないからなのか？」 « Ne m’avez-vous pas dit que vous saviez vous-même des choses à ce sujet ? Et pourtant, vous essayez de m’extirper des informations. En d’autres mots, vous voulez que je dise quelque chose, que vous n’êtes pas sûre d’admettre de votre côté ? »
「う。そ、そんなことはないですよ」 « Euh, ce n’est pas vraiment ça… »
「では、心当たりを言えばいいじゃないか」 « Dans ce cas, dites-moi d’abord ce que vous savez. »
「そ、そうですね。……では率直に訊きますが、貴方は『人魂灯』を拾ったりしませんでしたか？」 « Ou-oui excusez-moi. J’allais vous le demander d’un instant à l’autre. Avez-vous trouvé la lanterne des morts ? »
　人魂灯？そんなもの拾ったっけな？拾いものなんてたくさんあるから、つまらないものは覚えていない。 La lanterne des morts ? Ai-je ramassé ce genre d’objet ? Je prends tout un tas de trucs, ci et là, mais je ne me souviens pas des objets ennuyeux.
「その人魂灯があると何だっていうんだい？」 « Qu’elle est donc cette lanterne des morts ? »
「人魂灯は無数の幽霊を誘導するのに使うもので元々冥界にしかないの道具です。この道具の光は、どんなに離れていよう障害物があろうと、幽霊には見ることができるのです。だからそれを見て集まってきてしまいます」 « La lanterne des morts est un outil permettant de guider un très grand nombre de fantômes, mais ça n’existe à l’origine que dans le Royaume des Morts. Les fantômes voient cette lumière, et peu importe la distance, les obstacles, ils finiront par la voir, et se rassembler vers elle. »
「あーそうか。人魂灯って……」 « Aah, je vois c’est donc ça la lanterne des morts. »
　そういえば、冬に入る前に無縁塚でそんなものを拾ったような気がするな。あれはどこに置いたっけ？ Pendant que j’y pense, j’ai ramassé quelque chose qui ressemble à ça à Muenzuka, juste avant le début de l’hiver. Où ai-je bien pu la mettre ?
「ここにあるのですね！？」 « Ah ! Alors elle est ici !? »
　少女はなぜかうれしそうだ。 Pour une raison inconnue, elle était joyeuse.
「ああ、確か拾った気がしたよ。ずいぶんと前だけど……、でも灯を入れた記憶はない。ちょっと待ってな。」 « Oui, je pense l’avoir ramassé. C’était il y a quelques temps… mais mes souvenirs ne sont plus très clairs. Attendez une minute. »
去年の灯に拾った商品の山の中から、それっぽいものを見つけた。手のひらサイズの行灯のようなものだったが、確かになぜか灯が点けられている。 J’allai regarder dans le tas de lanternes que j’avais ramassée au cours de l’année dernière, et je trouvai quelque chose qui y ressemblait. C’était une lanterne de papier qui tenait dans la paume de la main, et elle brillait mystérieusement.
「これだね？人魂灯は」 « Est-ce que c’est la lanterne des morts ? »
　僕は道具の名前と用途を知る能力を持っているのだ。 J’avais la possibilité de connaître le nom et l’utilité d’un objet rien qu’en le regardant après tout.
「それです。それです。良かったですー」 « C’est ça ! Ça y est. Piouff, quel soulagement. »
「勝手に灯が点いたみたいなんだけど……、この冷たい灯は、人魂のひかりかな？」 « On dirait qu’elle s’est allumée d’elle-même… est-ce qu’il y aurait une âme désincarnée à l’intérieur ? »
「うう。そのへんはあまり気にしないで下さい。で、その人魂灯ですけど、それを捨てれば幽霊は集まらくなります」 « Oui. Mais je vous en pris, ne vous inquiétez pas pour ça. Tant que vous aurez cette lanterne, vous continuerez à recueillir les fantômes chez vous. »
　なるほど、つまりはこういうことか。 Eh bien, ça expliquait certaines choses.
「君が店に来た理由ようやく飲み込めたよう。僕は君に幽霊が多いとは言ったが、困っているとは言っていない。この人魂灯は君がうっかりなくしてしまったものだね？君は幽霊使いだから、これがないと困るというわけか」 « J’ai peut-être enfin compris la raison qui vous a amené ici. En fait, je vous ai dit que les fantômes se sont rassemblés chez moi, pas qu’ils étaient gênants. La lanterne, c’est vous qui l’avez perdu accidentellement, n'est-ce pas ? Vous pouvez manipuler les fantômes, mais pas sans cette lanterne. »
「う。幽霊使いではないですがー」 « En fait, je n’ai pas la capacité de contrôler les fantômes. »
「本当は、この人魂灯が欲しいんだよね。本当の理由を言わないと渡せないなぁ」 « Depuis tout à l’heure, vous cherchez un moyen de la récupérer, n’est-ce pas ? Dites-moi la vérité ou vous ne l’aurez pas. »
「うーしくしく」 « Boo-hoo… voulez pas. »
　少女はようやく、自分の来た理由を語り始めた。 La fille commença finalement à dévoiler les vraies raisons de sa venue.
　少女は冥界にある大きなお屋敷で住み込みで働いてるらしい。人魂灯は、そのお屋敷のお嬢様から預かった大切な道具だった。だが、出先でうっかり落としてしまったらしい。この少女らしい気もする。 Elle travaillait dans une grande propriété dans le Royaume des Morts. Sa patronne l’avait chargée de veiller sur la lanterne des morts. Mais, la jeune fille l’avait négligemment faite tomber sur la route. Ça ressemble tout naturellement au portrait que je m'étais fait d’elle.
　なくしたことに気が付いたのだが、すでにいつどこで落としたのかも思い出せなかったし、お嬢様にも相談できず途方に暮れていたそうだ。しばらくは仕事合間にに探していたが、何の進展もなく次第にそのことを忘れてしまったという。この少女らしい、のか？ En réalisant qu’elle l’avait perdue, elle ne s’était plus souvenue de l’endroit où elle avait pu tomber, et elle n’en avait pas averti la princesse, d’où son dilemme. Elle avait dû la chercher pendant des heures sur son temps de travail, mais comme elle désespérait de la retrouver, elle avait progressivement oublié ce sujet. Ce serait son genre, je suppose ?
「結局、幽々子様にバレてしまって……散々怒られたのです」 « Plus tard, mademoiselle Yuyuko l’a appris… et elle s’est terriblement fâchée contre moi. »
「それはそうだろうな」 « C’était prévisible. »
　怒られた理由、なくしたことなのか、それともなくしたのを伝えなかったことなのか、彼女にはわかっているのだろうか。 Mais est-ce que la raison pour laquelle elle était en colère était dû au fait qu’elle l’avait perdu ? Ou qu’elle ne lui avait rien dit ? Je me demandais si elle le savait.
「幽々子様は、どこにいてもその人魂灯を灯すことができるとおっしゃっていたので、それで幽霊の集まったところを探してこい、って」 « Mademoiselle Yuyuko peut faire briller la lanterne peu importe où elle se trouve, et c’est là que j’ai aperçu les fantômes qui se rassemblaient chez vous. »
　どこにあっても灯すことができるのなら、きっとどこにあるのかもわかっているのだろう。そんな都合良く「灯すことだけ」しかできないなんてことはあるまい。目の前の彼女に探せるつもりだったのだ。やはり、なくしたのを伝えなかったことに怒っていたのだろう。 Si elle peut la faire briller, alors elle est aussi en mesurer de savoir où la trouver. Ça me paraît tellement invraisemblable qu’elle ne puisse que la faire briller. Elle a demandé à sa servante d’aller la chercher. Alors, elle doit s’être énervée parce qu’elle ne lui a rien dit, je pense.
　つまり、僕はこの道具を拾ったせいで、幽霊に囲まれて寒い思いをして、その上彼女の勉強のだしに使われたというわけだ。 En d’autres termes, c'est depuis que j’airamassé cet outil que j'étais gelé et entouré de fantômes, et par dessus le marché, j'étais en train de servir de leçon à cette jeune insouciante.
「君は、捜し物が見つかってひと安心、って顔をしているが……。この人魂灯、すでにうちの『商品』だよ。もちろん、ただでは渡せない。まだ店は開いていないけど、特別に売ってあげようじゃないか」 « Vous devez être soulagée de l’avoir retrouvée… mais cette lanterne fait partie de ma marchandise maintenant, je ne peux pas vous la rendre gratuitement. Je n’ai pas encore ouvert ma boutique, mais je peux faire une exception pour vous. »
「え？そんな！返して下さいよう……」 « Quoi ? C’est ! Vous ne pouvez pas simplement me la rendre… »
「おっと、この人魂灯に目を付けるとはお目が高い。これはなんと冥界の品で、なかなか手に入るものじゃないよ？値段もそれ相応だけど」 « Allez, j’ai remarqué la valeur de cet objet dès que je l’ai vu. Un produit du Royaume des Morts, ça ne se trouve pas tous les jours, hein ? Je vous ferai un prix en conséquence. »
　―――カランカラッ。 Toc, toc.
「よう！昨日はすごい雪だったな」 « Tout ça ! La neige est bien tomber depuis hier dis-donc. »
　店を開くなり、寒がりの魔理沙がやって来た。 La porte s’ouvrit, et une Marisa grelottante entra.
「魔理沙か。扉は静かに開けないと危ないよ。屋根の雪がおちるから」 « Ah, Marisa ? C’est dangereux à l’entrée, ouvre la porte plus doucement, ou la neige pourrait tomber une prochaine fois. »
「あれ？でも屋根に雪はなかったぜ。というか珍しいな」 « Hein ? Mais y’a pas de neige sur ton toit. C’est bizarre d’ailleurs. »
「何がだい？」 « Pourquoi donc ? »
「香霖が屋根の雪下ろしをするなんてさ。いつもだったら、そういう体力仕事はやらないじゃないか」 « Parce que tu l’as pas encore déneigé, je le sais. T’es pas le genre de gars à aimer les travaux manuels, dis ? »
　今朝、少女が店を訪れてからすでにかなりの時間が経っている。雪が降っていれば、積もることもありえるくらいの時間だ。逆に言えば、雪かきをすれば広範囲にわたって行うことができるだろう。 Un bon moment s’était écoulé depuis l’arrivée de l’autre jeune fille. S’il avait encore neigé, la neige se serait entassée sur le toit, et il y aurait eu encore du déblayage à faire.
「ああ、親切な人間がいてね。屋根雪も、店の周りも全部を雪をかいてくれたんだよ。」 « Aah, il a quelqu’un ici qui a déneigé le toit et les alentours du magasin pour moi. »
「ふーん……あれ？妖夢じゃないか、ここに来るなんて珍しい。そんなにストーブに近づかなくても店内暖かいだろう？」 « Hum ? Hé, Youmu ? Ça fait bizarre d’te voir. La froideur de la tempête ne te suffisait pas. T’avais vraiment b'soin d’un poêle si chaud ? »
　少女には今朝から開店まで屋根の雪下ろしをしてもらったので、凍えていても仕方がない。 Depuis lors, la jeune fille a passé toute la matinée dehors à enlever la neige du toit pour moi, donc, elle était forcément gelée.
「もう、体が冷え切りって……。魔理沙っていつもこんな酷い店主を相手にしているの？」 « Ooh, Marisa je suis frigorifiée… est-ce que tu es vraiment amie avec ce commerçant cruel ? »
「ああ、してやっているぜ。酷い奴だろう？」 « Ouais, tu parles. Il est cruel, hein ? »

　集団的自衛権の行使をごり押しで閣議決定した安倍政権に強烈なパンチが飛び出した。三重県松阪市の山中光茂市長（３８）が「閣議決定は違憲」として、国を相手に訴訟を起こす方針を表明したのだ。いまは一地方の首長の反乱だが、こうした動きは今後、燎原の火の如く広がっていく。

「閣議決定は一内閣の暴挙で憲法違反。司法の場において、ノーを突きつけなければならない」――。
　１７日、山中氏は会見を開いてこう訴えた。以前から「平和国家の原点を壊す政府の行為にしっかりと行動を起こさねばならない」と、市民団体「ピースウイング」の設立に向けて活動してきた山中氏は、同団体が発足したことも報告した。「ピースウイング議員の会」という組織も同時に発足し、両団体が母体となって国家賠償訴訟を行うという。

　すでに議員の会には松阪市議だけで５人、全国１０県の地方議員３５人を合わせて計４０人が名を連ねている。会見にはそのうち２０人が駆けつけて山中氏を声援、一般市民の支持者も４０人が参加した。これから賛同者が増えるのは間違いない。





　山中氏に話を聞いた。
「抗議活動では安倍政権を容易に壊せないため、司法の力を最大限に使おうと決めました。裁判の具体的な方法はこれから詰めますが、現時点では集団的自衛権容認の閣議決定が違憲であり、国民の『平和的生存権』が害されることを訴えていく方針です。きのうまでに全国から１万件を超える激励のメールや電話、ファクスをいただいています。８月１日に松阪市内の商工会議所で第１回の市民集会を開き、運動を広げていきます」

■１人１００万円の賠償訴訟で大きなうねり

　山中氏は１９７６年生まれ。慶大法学部を卒業後、群馬大医学部に進み、２００３年に医師免許を取得。同年、松下政経塾に入塾している。民主党三重県総支部連合会事務局長などを経て、０７年４月の三重県議選で当選。０９年２月に松阪市長に就任した。


　市長選では民主党の支援は受けず、現在は無所属だ。「集団的自衛権の問題では民主党ほか、みんなの党や維新の会など野党も腰が引けてしまっている。だからこそ地方から安倍政権の横暴を訴えなければなりません」と既成政党に批判的でもある。

「全国の市長が一緒に立ち上がれば、集団的自衛権をストップさせることができます」と期待を寄せるのは憲法学者で慶大名誉教授の小林節氏だ。
「山中氏に賛同する全国の市長が１００人集まり、大型の弁護団を味方につけて“日本の平和が毀損されて心が傷ついた”と、１人１００万円の損害賠償を求めればいいのです。合計で１億円。同時に文化人も別に１００人の組織をつくって１億円を要求する。安倍政権にとってショッキングな裁判になるし、最高裁だって無視できない大きなうねりとなります。国民は集団的自衛権の閣議決定がいかにおかしなものだったかに気づくはずです。最高裁の判決が下るまでに４年はかかるでしょうが、心配は要りません。２年後に参院選が、３年後には衆院選があります。国民が安倍政権の悪逆非道な正体に気づけば政権を奪い取ることだって不可能ではありません」

Adorable. We've seen dogs ride skateboards before and though it's extremely cute when they're pawing the ground to lunge forward and crashing into walls, they're not really busting tricks with the board. This cat though? It does its feline version of ollies and skateboard grinds.




You can see the cat, named Didga, jump over dogs and land back on his moving board. In the video posted by Catmantoo, he finds signs to catapult himself and uses walls to keep going back and forth to the board. It's pretty remarkable, really. Everything is a game to the cat and the cat has mastered the game.

わんちゃんがスケボーに乗ってる動画は見たことありますが、フツーに地面蹴って何のトリックもせずに突き進んで壁に激突しちゃう感じでも十分可愛い～って思ってました。対するこのSuper Girl は…　かっこいい。

Miss.sk8boar catの名前はDidga。乗ってきたスケボーからジャンプして自分より大きな犬を飛び越えたり、壁にバウンスしたりしながらスケボーを乗りこなしていく姿は、it's awesome level.Catmantooさんが投稿したビデオを見る限り、彼は飛び出すタイミングや着地の仕方を既に見出しているようだ。

今後支持率が更に下がってしていくのか、それとも持ち直すのかですが、いくら株を買い上げましても支持率が落ちてきているのを安倍首相は理解する必要があります。


国民が求めているのは株を買ってあぶく銭を儲けることではなく、普通の生活を送ることができるだけの収入なのです。

時間給ではなく、正社員として安定した収入が得られる、そのような社会なのです。

ではそのような社会は可能なのか？

年金は減らされる、物価は上がる、治安は悪くなった気がする、何か戦争モードになってきている等々を見れば何気なく支持してきた国民もいい加減に目を覚まします。
また、いつになればアべノミクスの恩恵がくるのだ、となってきている国民も多いはずです。

日本は世界一財政状況が悪い国であり、そして高齢化が猛烈に進む国であり、そのような国がどうこれから生きていくのかを国民に示す必要があるにもか拘わらず、全く心に響いてこない話をしている安倍総理に国民は嫌気がさしてきています。

このままでは内閣支持率３０％割れも向かうかも知れない。

　フジテレビ系の「新報道２００１」が原則毎週実施している世論調査で、安倍晋三内閣の支持率が４６・６％となり、平成２４年１２月の第２次政権発足以来、最低を記録した。内閣不支持率も現政権で最高となる４６・６％。支持率と不支持率が並んだのも初めてだ。

　調査は１７日に首都圏の５００人に対して行われた。内閣支持率は前週から６・４ポイント減り、５割を切ったのは先々週以来、２回目。不支持率は前週比５・４ポイント増え、４週連続で４割台となった。

　集団的自衛権の行使を可能にする閣議決定への反発や１３日投開票の滋賀県知事選の与党候補落選、自民党の前神奈川県議が「脱法ハーブ」使用で逮捕されたことなどが複合的に影響したとみられる。

　第２次安倍政権で支持・不支持率の差が最大だったのは昨年３月２１日調査の６３・８ポイント（支持率７９・４％、不支持率１５・６％）。

It is acceleration of contaminated water processing that is the requisite.
Toden will extend ALPS by the end of September, and supposes that about 600 tons per day throughput will be reinforced to about 2000 tons now.
However, it is the present condition not to put into formal operation, even if troubles, such as corrosion of a tank, continue and the present ALPS also passes over April of a schedule.
It is still opaque whether throughput can be improved as planned by ALPS extension progressing smoothly.
There is no change in being kept [ at ALPS ] by a tank even after processing, in order that the tritium of a radioactive material may remain in water.
The old tank plan is explaining Toden as the prospect of the time necessary for completion, etc. were sweet and delay occurred frequently.
Uneasiness remains in whether tank maintenance in alignment with a processing pace will be advanced from now on.
In the tank extension plan, it is also the requisite to control generating of contaminated water in the measure etc. which pump up groundwater around a reactor building.
If there is no change in the increase pace of contaminated water, an extension plan may be further pressed for reexamination.

【福島第１原発の現状】タンク増設、９０万トン確保へ　綱渡り続く汚染水対策


　東京電力は福島第１原発で発生した汚染水などを保管する地上タンクの容量を、これまでの目標から約１０万トン増やし、来年３月末までに計約９０万トン分確保する方針を明らかにした。担当者は「余裕を持った計画に見直した」と強調するが、汚染水対策をめぐっては、効果や実施時期が不透明な施策が多く、実際には綱渡りが続きそうだ。
　東電のこれまでの計画では、来年３月末までに約８０万トン分を確保するとしていた。今回、敷地内の体育館の撤去や資材置き場の転用で新たに３カ所のタンクエリアを設けるなど、計約１０万トン分の追加整備を打ち出した。
　現在、敷地内のタンクで保管されている高濃度汚染水は約３６万トン。漏えいによるリスク低減のため、東電は「多核種除去設備（ＡＬＰＳ）」を使って全量を本年度中に浄化する方針だ。原子炉建屋などの地下で１日当たり数百トン増え続ける汚染水も随時処理し、敷地内の汚染水を極力減らす工程を描く。
　前提となっているのは、汚染水処理の加速だ。東電は、９月末までにＡＬＰＳを増設し、現在１日当たり約６００トンの処理能力を約２千トンまで増強するとしている。
　ただ、現行のＡＬＰＳもタンクの腐食などトラブルが続き、予定の４月を過ぎても本格運転に入れていないのが現状。ＡＬＰＳ増設がスムーズに進み、予定通り処理能力を上げられるかは依然不透明だ。
　ＡＬＰＳで処理後も水には放射性物質のトリチウムが残るため、タンクでの保管が必要なことに変わりはない。東電は、これまでのタンク計画は工期の見通しなどが甘く、遅れが頻発したと釈明している。今後、処理ペースに沿ったタンク整備が進められるかにも不安は残る。
　タンク増設計画では、原子炉建屋の周囲で地下水をくみ上げる対策などで汚染水の発生を抑制することも前提となっている。汚染水の増加ペースに変化がなければ、増設計画はさらに見直しを迫られる可能性もある。

JEFFERSON CITY, Missouri -- Technology that helps the military align targets and motorists find their way is being tapped to track some sex offenders forever. Spurred by headlines of released sex offenders accused of murder, some states are mandating use of a global positioning system for tracking.
Many lawmakers see electronic monitoring as a natural evolution of statutes that already require sex offenders to register their addresses with authorities.
At least four states -- Florida, Missouri, Ohio and Oklahoma -- passed laws this year requiring lifetime electronic monitoring for some sex offenders, even if their sentences would normally have expired. Similar bills have been proposed in Congress and other states, including North Dakota and Alabama, where lawmakers this week approved legislation and sent it to the governor.
But some civil-rights experts and defense attorneys contend such requirements are too onerous and attach the stigma and inconvenience of electronic anklets and GPS transmitters to those who may never commit a crime again.
GPS monitoring makes sense for a small group of high-risk offenders, evaluated case-by-case, said John La Fond, a law professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and author of the recently published book Preventing Sexual Violence.
"A law that requires that everyone who has committed a crime against a young child should be subject to lifetime locator technology is simply foolish," La Fond said.
After a registered sex offender was charged in March with killing 9-year-old Jessica Lunsford, Florida legislators quickly mandated tougher prison sentences for people who commit sex offenses against children and required lifetime GPS monitoring after serving time.
Missouri Sen. Matt Bartle liked the Florida legislation so much that he copied and expanded it to include repeat sex offenders who commit crimes -- such as exposing oneself to a child -- that would otherwise be punishable by seven years or less of imprisonment.
Bartle said he intentionally cast a wide net.
"I think the general public is really not terribly confident that we're getting it right when it comes to pedophiles … this individual case-by-case approach is leading to some very horrific situations," he said.
A new Oklahoma law also requires habitual sex offenders to wear GPS monitoring devices for the rest of their lives. Ohio's budget funds lifetime GPS monitoring only for people classified as sexually violent predators. Many other states use GPS monitoring for selected people on probation or parole but the monitoring ends with the sentence.
People on the tracking system must wear the electronic waterproof ankle bands at all times and stay within a certain distance from their separate GPS transmitters, which can be carried on belts, in purses or set down on desks and tables when at work or home. The transmitter is about 3 inches long and tall and 1.5 inches wide.
Part of what makes the technology attractive is the ability to trigger automatic alerts to law enforcement authorities -- by e-mail, cell phone text messages or faxes -- whenever sex offenders approach off-limits areas like a school or stray from their designated route between work and home.
Local authorities also have the ability to pinpoint a person's location at any moment -- shown as a dot on a computer map that contains street names and the offender's traveling direction and speed.
Pro Tech Monitoring already uses GPS technology to follow about 5,000 people on parole, probation and house arrest in 38 states, said Richard Nimer, its vice president for business development. He said inquiries about offender tracking services spiked nearly fourfold after Lunsford's death.
The GPS technology is not foolproof, however.
Authorities in Boise, Idaho, say paroled child-sex offender William Lightner cut off a GPS bracelet and fled on July 23. Near Tallahassee, Florida, Kenneth Lamberton was wearing a GPS monitor awaiting a child-molestation trial when authorities allege he tried to force one girl into a sex act in March and another to expose herself in April.
Both men had been assigned passive GPS devices that send information once a day. Florida is switching to the active GPS devices, which instantly alert authorities to any violations.
Florida's experience shows offenders on GPS tracking are less likely to get in trouble than those under traditional supervision. The state Department of Corrections followed about 16,000 offenders placed on community supervision in the 2001-2002 fiscal year, including more than 1,000 under GPS monitoring.
Two years later, the department had revoked the community release of 31 percent of those on GPS monitoring, compared with 44 percent of those under traditional supervision. Nearly 6 percent of GPS-monitored offenders had committed new felonies or misdemeanors, compared with 11 percent of those who were not electronically monitored.
Lifetime electronic monitoring may be preferable to lifelong stints in mental-health institutions, said Jack King of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. But rather than targeting entire categories of criminals, states should mandate it after individual hearings, he said.
Kansas City civil-rights attorney Arthur Benson already is challenging Missouri's lifetime sexual offender registry.
"While these laws are often couched in terms of protecting the public against repeat offenses, at heart they are vengeful, punishing acts," Benson said.

　性犯罪者にはすでに警察への住所の届け出が義務づけられていることから、電子機器を用いた監視が法規に盛り込まれるのも当然の成り行きと考える議員は多い。
　今年に入り、少なくとも4つの州――フロリダ、ミズーリ、オハイオ、オクラホマ――が、一部の性犯罪者を刑期終了後も電子機器で生涯監視し続けることを義務づける法案を可決した。同様の法案は米国議会や他の州でも提出されているほか、ノースダコタ州やアラバマ州でも今週、州議会で法案が可決され、知事の承認を待つばかりとなっている。
　しかし、市民権の専門家や被告側弁護士の間では、足首に巻くタイプの追跡装置やGPS発信器のような電子機器の装着を義務づけることは、2度と犯罪に手を染めないかもしれない人間にとって何とも不名誉かつ不便きわまりないことで、負担が大きすぎると強く反対する声もあがっている。
　ミズーリ大学カンザスシティー校のジョン・ラ・フォンド教授(法学)は、GPSによる監視は、ごく一部の再犯性の高い犯罪者には有効だが、あくまで個々のケースに即して判断すべきだと話す。ラ・フォンド教授は、今年出版された『性暴力を防ぐ』(Preventing Sexual Violence)の著者でもある。
　「幼い子供に対する犯罪を犯した者全員に、生涯にわたって追跡装置を身につけさせるという法律は、まったく馬鹿げている」とラ・フォンド教授は言う。
　今年3月、性犯罪の前科ありとして登録されていた人物が、ジェシカ・ランズフォードちゃん(当時9歳)殺害の罪で起訴されるという事件が起きると、フロリダ州議会にはただちに、子供に対する性犯罪を犯した者により厳しい刑罰を科し、出所後も生涯GPSで監視することを義務づける法案が提出された。
　ミズーリ州議会のマット・バートル上院議員は、このフロリダ州の新法に感銘を受け、これをモデルにさらに適用範囲を広げた法案を作成した。たとえば、子供に向かって性器を露出するなど、再犯性の高い性犯罪者にも同様の監視を義務づけるのだ。それまでこの種の犯罪には、7年以下の禁固刑が科せられるのみだった。
　適用範囲を広げたのは、意図的な措置だとバートル上院議員は話す。
　「小児性愛者の犯罪に関しては、本当に正しく対処しているという自信のある人は正直そう多くないと思う……個々のケースによって判断するやり方が、非常に恐ろしい状況を招く場合もある」とバートル上院議員。
　オクラホマ州でも、常習的な性犯罪者に対し、生涯にわたってGPS監視装置の装着を義務づける新法が成立している。オハイオ州は、暴力的と判断された性犯罪者のみを対象に、GPSによる監視を無期限に行なう予算を確保した。他の多くの州でも、保護観察や仮釈放中の特定の人間をGPSで監視しているが、通常、監視は刑期とともに終了する。
　監視の対象となる人々は、足首に巻く防水性の電子機器を24時間装着し、別に用意されたGPS発信器から一定の範囲内にいなければならない。この発信器は、ベルトにつけたり財布に入れたりして持ち運べるようになっており、職場や自宅にいる間は机の上にも置いておける。発信器の大きさは、縦横約7.6センチメートルで、奥行き約3.8センチメートルだ。
　GPS監視技術の採用が進む理由の1つに、性犯罪者が学校などの立ち入り禁止エリアに近づいたり、自宅と職場を結ぶ通勤ルートからはずれてさまよい歩いたりした場合、ただちに電子メールや携帯電話のテキストメッセージ、ファックスなどで自動的に連絡が行き、警察に注意を喚起できる点がある。
　警察が監視対象者の現在位置を常時ピンポイントで特定できることも、大きな特徴だ。現在位置は通りの名前が入ったコンピューターの地図上に点で表示され、移動する方向や速度までわかるようになっている。
　米プロ・テック・モニタリング社のリチャード・ナイマー副社長(ビジネス開発担当)によれば、同社はすでにGPS技術を使って、38の州で仮釈放、保護観察、自宅監禁下にある犯罪者5000人ほどを監視しているという。ランズフォード事件の後、犯罪者監視サービスについての問い合わせが4倍近く増えたと、ナイマー副社長は話す。
　とはいえ、このGPS監視技術も完璧ではない。
　アイダホ州ボイシーの警察は、子供を狙った性犯罪者で仮釈放中だったウィリアム・ライトナー受刑者が、7月23日(米国時間)にGPSブレスレットを切断し逃亡したと発表している。フロリダ州タラハシー近郊では、3月に少女に性行為を強要しようとし、4月に別の少女を裸にしたとして、当局がケネス・ランバートン容疑者を起訴したが、ランバートン容疑者はすでに児童への性的いたずら容疑で裁判を待つ身で、いずれのときもGPS監視装置を身につけていたという。
　どちらの場合も、使われていたのは1日に1度位置情報を送信する受動型GPS装置だった。フロリダ州では現在、違反行為があった場合ただちに警察に通報する能動型GPS装置への切り替えを進めている。
　フロリダ州では、GPSで監視されている犯罪者の方が、旧来のシステムで監視されている犯罪者より再犯率が低いとの結果が出ている。フロリダ州矯正局は、2001～2002会計年度に地域社会で監視下に置かれた犯罪者約1万6000人を対象に追跡調査を行なった。この中には、GPSでの監視を受けた犯罪者1000人あまりが含まれる。
　その後2年間で、州矯正局から地域社会へ戻す処分を取り消された犯罪者は、旧来の監視体制下に置かれた者では44％にのぼった一方、GPS監視を受けた者では31％にとどまった。電子的に監視されていない犯罪者が新たに重罪や軽犯罪を犯す率は11％だったのに対し、GPS監視を受けた犯罪者の再犯率は6％に満たなかった。
　全米刑事事件専門弁護士会(NACDL)のジャック・キング氏は、電子機器を使った終身監視システムは、一生精神病院に入院が必要な人間には望ましいものだろうが、州は犯罪者を一括して対象にするのではなく、個々のケースについて公聴会を開いてから判断を下すべきだと話す。
　カンザスシティー在住で市民権に詳しい弁護士、アーサー・ベンソン氏はすでに、性犯罪者を生涯登録するというミズーリ州の決定に異議を申し立てている。
　「こうした法律は、繰り返される犯罪から市民を守るという側面から語られることが多いが、その実情は犯罪者への復讐と懲罰でしかない」と、ベンソン氏は語った。

This video captured on a beach in Novosibirsk, Siberia, looks like a scene from a movie about the end of the world. People were enjoying a perfect sunny day―with temperatures of 99F (37C)―when bullet-sized hail started strafing the beach while everyone were running for their lives in panic.



According to The Siberian Times, a woman's voice is heard in the video saying "if we die, I love you." I don't blame her. Another one told the paper that her "husband was protecting my young daughter but his back was exposed to the hailstones and he has bruising all over it."

シベリアのノヴォシビルスクで、まるで終末映画のワンシーンさながらの事態が起きました。直前まで、人々は37度という快晴の真夏日で海水浴を楽しんでいました。そこに突如として降ってきた弾丸サイズの雹に、辺りは騒然。パニックになりながら避難してくる様子が鮮明に捉えられています。




シベリアン・タイムスによると、この動画の中では「もし死んだら…、愛してるわ」という女性の声が聴こえてくるそう。でも、そんな彼女を「大げさだ」と笑うことはできません。現場に居合わせた人は、彼女の「夫は自分の背中を雹に晒しながら小さな娘をかばっていた。彼の背中は傷だらけだった」と同紙に語っています。

「安倍官邸は、９月に首相が“電撃訪朝”し、拉致被害者を連れ帰るというシナリオを描いています。状況によっては、そのまま９月解散、１０月総選挙に突入するつもり。すでに北朝鮮からは、かなりの人数を帰国させるというシグナルも送られてきている。訪朝すれば、内閣支持率がハネ上がるのは間違いない。ところが、アメリカが横ヤリを入れてきた。首相周辺は困惑しています」（政界関係者）

　アメリカが強い不満を持っていることが分かり、岸田外相は来週、慌てて訪米する予定だ。
