脱原発デモ、国会を包囲　

　東京電力福島第１原発事故を受けた抗議行動「脱原発　国会大包囲」が２９日夜、国会周辺で行われた。参加者はろうそくやペンライトを手に「原発反対」「子どもを守れ」などと訴えた。
　首相官邸前での抗議を呼び掛けてきたネットワーク「首都圏反原発連合」の主催。参加者は、東電本店前やＪＲ新橋駅周辺をデモ行進した後、移動。人波は国会議事堂を取り囲み、集会があった正門前は一時、歩道からあふれ道路を埋め尽くした。
　家族５人で日比谷公園からのデモに加わった横浜市の団体職員高松良成さん（３４）は「デモに参加したことがないので、興味があって来た。原発はそもそも危険なもの。東京で使う電気を他県で作っているのがおかしい」と話した。
　集会では、ルポライターの鎌田慧さんが「大成功です。原発に賛成の議員は国会を去ってほしい」と声をからした。与野党の国会議員ら十数人がマイクを握り、「我々政治家にも責任がある」「再稼働の流れを止めたい」などと述べた。
　これに先立ち、同日午後３時半から東京・霞が関の日比谷公園で行われた集会では、作家の落合恵子さんが「この猛暑でも電力は不足していない。原発をゼロにし、再稼働も輸出も止めましょう」と呼び掛けた。

日比谷公園の主催者側の7人の挨拶の後、その場所から200メーター離れた公園の出口まで１時間半かかる。デモの参加者が多いことと、警察の出口規制だ。のんびり待っていた参加者もそのうちに'出せ出せ'の声があっちこっちであがってくる。スタート地点の日比谷公園から霞ヶ関、永田町の国会の近くまで人々の長い列が出来ています。このあと、午後７時ごろにかけて国会議事堂の周りに集まり、キャンドルを手にして国会を「人間の鎖」で取り囲む予定です。（29日17:21）

 

ある警察庁OBが語る。
「今の機動隊は一般人の大規模なデモをほとんど体験していない。反社会的な団体や“デモのプロ”が相手なら、警棒で殴ったり安全靴で蹴っ飛ばしても相手が文句をいうことはほとんどないが、ごく普通の主婦を怪我させたりすれば世論は政府批判に回ってくる。万一、樺美智子のような事件（※注）が起きようものなら、政権がひっくり返りかねない事態に発展する」
　双方が危うさを抱えたまま、デモの参加者は日増しに参加者が膨れあがる。毎週金曜日の「官邸包囲」だけでなく、7月29日には「国会大包囲」と題した反原発デモが予定され、「規模は6月29日より大きくなるのは間違いない」（前出の主催団体関係者）と見られている。
　この展開を1年前に予言していた、20年以上にわたる日本政治研究で知られるカレル・ヴァン・ウォルフレン氏は今後の展開をどう見るのか。

「金より子どもの未来を」＝脱原発デモ、国会包囲へ－東京

　原発再稼働を進める政府や黙認する政治に抗議するため、多数の市民が参加するデモが２９日、東京都千代田区で行われた。「今のお金より子どもたちが希望を持てる未来を」。参加者らは同日夜、怒りの声を届けるため国会議事堂を包囲し、脱原発を訴える。
　２９日昼すぎの千代田区の日比谷公園。「原発いらない」などと書かれたプラカードやのぼりを手にした人々が既に集まっていた。若者や親子、高齢者ら年齢層も幅広い。３０度を超える気温の中、帽子をかぶったり日傘をさしたりする人の姿も目立った。
　長男（４）を連れて来た世田谷区の会社員、林秀樹さん（４５）は「子どもも当事者だから」と淡々と話す。原発再稼働を「やり方、手順がでたらめ」と批判。「原発廃止によって電気料金が値上がりしても、構わない。事故を起こすよりは安いでしょ」と指摘した。
　「野田（佳彦）首相は許せない」と怒りをあらわにするのは千葉県流山市の無職、藤井和代さん（６１）。脱原発デモに初参加といい、「使用済み核燃料の処理が未解決」と問題点を挙げる。首相の選挙区の同県船橋市に住んでいたことがあり、「以前、野田さんと握手してしまったが、あんな人だとは思わなかった」と再稼働を決めた首相を酷評した。（2012/07/29-19:11）




デモの参加者の人数は、警察発表 15,000人。主催者側 15万人から20万人。人の多さ、地の底から上がってくるような低い大きな声。主催者側の発表のようであろう。
参加者の95パーセントは一般の市民、ファミリーといったところだ。
参加者の年代層は小学生の子供たちから元気のいい大学生や、30代のサラリーマン、60代から80代のシニア層。
このシニア層も目立った。熱中症で倒れるんじゃないかと心配になったが、みんな目が輝いている。
15時から22時まで炎天下のした立ちっぱなし歩きっぱなしは本気じゃないとできない。
連合と言ったらデモの定番メニューだが、このデモには見えない。今日発売のアエラの中刷り広告にのっていた '原発にはっきりしない連合は終わりコン' ということでしょう。ソシキとしての連合の存在意味がなくなったということでしょう。
