Marina Mayhew coasted down a melting mound of snow along Cape Coral Parkway on Saturday and waved a frosty pinkie in the air.
"This feels numb," the 9-year-old said as she recapped her icy adventure with Alyssa Huggins, 8, during the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce's Comcast Holiday Festival of Lights.
Born in Michigan, Marina moved to Cape Coral when she was 2 and said she had forgotten what snow looked like. Alyssa remembered, though.
