Yo Jong, the younger sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, has issued a series of statements. She denounces the Japanese government's "deceptive diplomacy."

Yo Jong's statement: ``Prime Minister Kishida has recently conveyed to us his desire to meet Kim Jong Il directly through different channels.''

In other words, Prime Minister Kishida has said that he would like to have a direct summit meeting. Mr. Kishida apparently wants to hold talks regarding the ``abduction issue'' in which Japan deceived North Korea.

In the statement, Yo Jong said, ``Japan should return the abductees to North Korea first!'' The abductees have already returned to Japan. You all will think this is strange!

North Korea made the same assertion in both its February statement and March 25th statement. If you want to meet with Kim Jong Il, don't mention the ``abduction issue,'' which has been declared ``resolved.''

In 2002, then Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi and General Secretary Kim Jong Il held a summit meeting in Pyongyang for the first time in history. At this meeting, North Korea acknowledged for the first time that it had abducted Japanese nationals and apologized. And the "return of the five abductees" was realized.

The problem is that there are other abductees as well. North Korea officially responded that the "remaining" abductees were "dead." However, Japan insists that the "remaining" abductees are "not dead."

北朝鮮の金正恩総書記の妹・与正（ヨジョン）氏が、相次いで談話を発表した。彼女は日本政府の「騙しの外交”」を糾弾している。

与正氏の談話、『最近も岸田首相は、異なるルートを通じて金総書記に直接会いたいという意向を我々に伝えてきた』。

つまり、岸田首相が直接の首脳会談をしたいと言っている。岸田氏は、日本が北朝鮮を騙した「拉致問題」で会談したいらしい。

談話で、与正（ヨジョン）氏は、「先に、日本が拉致被害者を北朝鮮に返せ！」と言っています。拉致被害者は既に日本に帰っています。皆さんは奇妙に思うでしょう！

北朝鮮は「2月の談話でも、３月25日の談話」でも、同じ主張をしていました。金総書記と会いたいのであれば、これ以上「解決済み」としている「拉致問題」を「言うな」。

2002年、当時の小泉純一郎首相と金正日総書記が史上初めて、平壌で首脳会談を開きました。この会談で北朝鮮が初めて日本人の拉致を認めて謝罪。そして「5人の拉致被害者」の「帰国が実現」しました。

問題は、拉致被害者は他にもいます。北朝鮮は「”残り”の拉致被害者」は「死亡」したと、正式に回答をしました。ところが、日本は「”残り”の拉致被害者」を「死んでいない」と主張しています。

日本政府が言う「拉致被害者問題」とは、「”残り”の拉致被害者」の問題を言っています。北朝鮮は「彼らは死亡した」。日本政府は「彼らは生存しているはずだ」。これで平行線です。

北朝鮮は、「横田めぐみさん」の「死亡」の証拠として、めぐみさんの「遺骨」を日本政府に提出しました。しかし、日本政府は「この遺骨は偽物」だと、主張したのです。

日本政府「遺骨は横田めぐみさんのものではないという結論が出た」。「今回の北朝鮮側の調査結果で、非常に核心的な部分でもあるし、先方の調査が真実でなかったと断じざるを得ない。きわめて遺憾だ」。

日本国民は憤慨した。メディアも、その「怒りの激しさ」を競うようにして、北朝鮮を非難した。ところが、２ヶ月後にイギリスの科学雑誌『ネイチャー』が、この「鑑定」に「疑義を呈した」。

執筆者は、１２００度もの高温で焼かれた骨から「ＤＮＡ」が検出されたことに疑問を投げかけたうえで、鑑定を行った吉井富夫・帝京大医学部講師（当時）も「驚いた」。

鑑定を行った「吉井講師、自身」が、「遺骨は別人のもの」とは「結論づけていない」のだ。なのに、どの段階で「別人のもの」という結論に「すり替わって」しまったのだろうか。

日本政府は『ネイチャー』誌の指摘に反発し、「再鑑定」を行うことを「否定」。これに対して、『ネイチャー』誌は、３月17日号で次のような批判を行った。

日本の政治家は、いかに「不愉快」であっても、「科学的な不確かさ」を「直視」しなければならない。北朝鮮と戦うには「外交的な手段」を用いるべきであって、そのために「科学の倫理」を犠牲にしてはならない。

日本政府は「拉致被害者」が「生存している」ことが、「政治上では重大」」なのです。世界の皆さんは、どう思いますか。

先に、生存している「拉致被害者」は日本に帰国しています。実は「彼ら」を日本に帰国させることで、日本政府は北朝鮮を「”騙して”帰国させた」のです。

「生存する拉致被害者5人」が帰国した時、日朝両政府は、 彼らを「いったん」北朝鮮に返して、「改めて」日本に帰国させる、という約束をしていた。

 しかしその約束を日本政府は破って、5人を北に返さなかった。これには国内でも賛否両論があった。 

だが北朝鮮との約束を破ることについて、外務省は否定的で、 福田官房長官も会見で外務省寄りの発言をしている。

ある新聞が、 「日本が北朝鮮に5人を返さなければ、北朝鮮はミサイルを日本に撃つかもしれない」 と書いていた。 新聞がこう書けば「世論は弱気になる」。 

実際、執筆の解説委員も、北朝鮮が（ミサイル）を撃ってきたら怖いな、と思った。しかし、今、それが現実になっています。

北朝鮮は日本に「５人」を北朝鮮に返せ」と言って、日本海に「ミサイルを撃っている」のです。世界の皆さん、「”どちら”の国」が悪いのでしょうか？

皆さん、知り合いで、日本に行って、「入管法違反」で「逮捕された方」に教えあげてください。
日本政府に「名誉の回復と損害賠償」を「請求」するように、「各国の政府」に要求する必要があります。
政府が対応しな場合は、メディアに支援を求めてください。「正義のメディア」必ず存在します。

＜対象者＞
「１」外国人に「虚偽の書類」を提供して、その外国人が「在留資格」を取得します。そして、その外国人が「不法就労」した場合。
外国人に「雇用契約書」など、「虚偽の書類」を提供した者は無罪です。
但し、２０１７年１月よりは「法改正」で処罰です。
私が「刑事告発」しいる中国人や「フィリッピン大使館の職員や外交官」は完全に無罪です。詳細は、平日（月から金）の第２部を見てください。

「２」「不法就労（資格外の活動」を行って逮捕された外国は「ほとんどの場合」無罪です。＊＊＊
理由：彼らを「雇用した者」が、入管法の「不法就労を助長した罪」で処罰されていません。従って「法の下での平等」により、外国人は無罪です。
「殆どの外国人」が「少額」の「罰金」で「国外退去の処分」になっています。外国人は１人当たり「数百万円」の「賠償金」を日本政府に「請求」するべきです。

韓国人が「慰安婦問題」や「徴用工の問題」で、日本政府に「賠償金を請求」することはクレイジーです。彼らは「韓国政府」に賠償金を請求するべきです。（韓国政府は既に受領をしています）。

「入管法違反」の問題は、「日韓条約」とは全く違う問題です。したがって、この問題こそ「新しい日韓の問題」として韓国の政治家は日本政府を「追及」する必要があります。韓国人や中国人は「日本の奴隷」ではないことを、堂々と主張するべきです。

日本の首相は、「法の下での統治」を叫びます。彼らは「日本のことを言っている」クレイジーです！

日本が「犯罪人引き渡し条約」を締結した国は「韓国と米国」の、たった２か国のみです。
このことからも、日本は「法の下での統治」がでない証拠です。
