Yesterday, I wrote about the creation of a "special zone on the Mexican border." If America's manufacturing industry is revived, the arms industry will also become export competitive.

昨日も、「メキシコ国境の特別地帯」の創設を書きました。アメリカの製造業を復活すると兵器産業も輸出競争力がでてくる。

地帯を創設して「暫定移民」を受け入れて「製品を作る」と、既存の「工場に地帯」の労働者の仕事がなくなると「心配する声」があるので、今日も書きます。

特別地帯は「不法移民」を受け入れるだけでは「中国に勝る製品」は出来ません。特別地帯の工場は中国に勝る「最新の製造設備」をしています。その代表格が「AI　ロボット」です。

アメリカの場合は、自動車産業の集積地である「デトロイト」に、「AI　ロボット」の「集積地」を構築します。自動車向けの「AI　ロボット」だけでなく、各種の「AIロボット」を生産します。

デトロイトの「AIロボット」は「特別地帯」の工場の生産設備として出荷されます。

「半導体」「電子部品」「素材」などは「既存の工場地帯」の「工場」から、「特別地帯の工場」へ「製品の部材」として出荷されます。

例えば「特別地帯」の工場で使用される「鋼材」は、インディアナ州などの「ＵＳスチール」の製鉄所などより出荷されます。

特別地帯で生産される「ドローン」。この電子部品や半導体は「既存の工場」から「特別地帯」に出荷されます。

「特別地帯」の役割は、「部品」を組み立てて「製品」にする「工場の集積地」です。製造工程の多くを「ロボット化」します。しかし工場では、多くの「低賃金の労働者」が必要です。

特別地帯で雇用される「暫定移民」は、英語や米国の生活習慣を「習得」すると「特別地帯」を出て全米で働けます。

運転手として「全米で働きたい」暫定移民は、「特別地帯」で「免許」をとり運転手として働けば「資格」が得られます。

米国が「輸出を強化」するためには、「貨物船」を「運行」するべきです。そのためには、アメリカは、貨物船の「造船業」を強化するべきです。

しかし造船業の技能労働者は、どこの国も不足しています。アメリカは、造船の技能労働者を「特別地帯」で「養成」するべきです。

そのためにアメリカは「特別地帯」に造船所を作り、「暫定移民」を「造船の技能労働者」として「養成」します。

私は「既存のアメリカの工場」は生産性を高め「国際競争力」を強化するために「AIロボット」を導入すべきだと思います。

中国はすでに産業用ロボットの導入数でトップに立っている。 アメリカ製品が中国製品と競争できるわけがない。

「特別地帯」の工場は「スマホなどの家電製品」の製造（組み立て）をイメージしてください。その部品は、既存の工場から出荷するサプライチェーンを想定しています。

「特別地帯」が「機能」すれば。「アップル」は「スマホ」の製造を「メキシコ国境の特別地帯」で生産することを選択すると思います。

アメリカは「兵器の輸出」をするために、いつも戦争をしていると言われるが、通常兵器の戦争では「ドローンやミサイル」が主流になっている。

これらの「アメリカ製の”無人機”の兵器」は高額なため売れない。だったら、安く製造するために「メキシコ国境の特別地帯」を創設するべきです。

今後は「ＡＩの兵士ロボット」の需要が拡大すると言われている。アメリカは中国から「ＡＩ兵士ロボット」を輸入して、中国と戦争をする、と言うんですか。馬鹿みたい！

アメリカが「戦争」をして、「覇権国家」を維持するためには、「安価に兵器を生産する能力」が求められている。

そのためには、「ラストベルト」の「地域」を「AIロボット」の「集積地」にする。そして中南米からの移民を「メキシコ国境の特別地帯」で雇用して、「安価な労働力」を得るしかない。

この「特別地帯」は、「イギリス、オーストラリア」による「オーストラリアの特別地帯」そして「フランスアルジェリア」による「アルジェリアの特別地帯」にも共通するものです。
