The United Nations Charter (Article 33) is the only way to avoid war. Avoiding a nuclear war is to protect the agreements made according to Article 33. Western countries are too ignorant of the United Nations Charter's "Peaceful Settlement of Disputes, Article 33." Rather than the fact that Russia invaded, we should not ignore the circumstances leading up to the invasion.

The Western nations should have told Zelensky that when they received “war support” from Zelensky, the Western nations should stick to the “Minsk Accords.” Ukraine, which has broken the Minsk Accords, cannot help but be invaded by Russia.

Even if nuclear war could be avoided, Ukraine has "too many" dangerous problems. Among the white extremists, there are quite a few “migrants” to Ukraine. By 2019, Ukraine had at least 17,000 white extremists from more than 50 countries, according to the U.S. Sufan Institute.

Why do white extremists go to Ukraine "to fight the CIA and Jewish conspiracies"? The main reason is that Ukraine is a land that easily satisfies white extremist ideologies and conspiracy theories. Zelensky makes good use of them.

The Base is a far-right group in the United States, but it is characterized by calling for military training to eliminate black people and overthrow the "current system held by the CIA and Jews". It has extensive "shooting ranges" in Washington State and elsewhere. I wonder why Jews support Zelensky.

ウクライナは出稼ぎ労働者の送金で国を維持している。

戦争を回避するには、国連憲章（第33条）これしかありません。核戦争を回避するのは第33条　により、成立した合意を守ることです。欧米諸国は、国連憲章 「紛争の平和的解決 第33条」を知らなさすぎる。ロシアが侵攻した事実よりも、侵攻に至った経緯を無視してはいけない。

国連憲章（第33条）いかなる紛争でもその継続が国際の平和及び安全の維持を危くする「虞」のあるもの」については、その当事者は、まず第一に、交渉、審査、仲介、調停、仲裁裁判、司法的解決、。。。。「平和的手段」による「解決」を「求めなければ」ならない。

国連憲章（第33条）安全保障理事会は、必要と認めるときは、当事者に対して、その紛争を前記の手段によって解決するように要請する。安全保障理事会がするべきことは第33条で規定されています。ウクライナは欧米諸国に武器の支援を求めるよりも「ミンスク合意」を守るべきでした。

欧米諸国は、ゼレンスキーから「戦争の支援」を受けたとき、欧米諸国は「ミンスク合意」を守るべきだと、ゼレンスキーに言うべきでした。「ミンスク合意」を破ったウクライナは、ロシアに侵攻をうけても仕方がない。

たとえ、核戦争が避けられたとしても、ウクライナは危険な問題を「抱えすぎて」いる。白人過激派のなかにはウクライナに「渡る者」が少なくない。アメリカのスーファン研究所によると、ウクライナには2019年までに世界50カ国以上から少なくとも1万7000人の白人過激派が集まっていた。

「CIAやユダヤ人の陰謀と戦うため」なぜ白人過激派はわざわざウクライナを目指すのか。その最大の理由はウクライナが白人過激派のイデオロギーや陰謀論を満足させやすい土地だからだ。ゼレンスキーは十分に彼等を利用している。

ザ・ベースはアメリカの極右団体だが、黒人などを排除し、「CIAやユダヤ人に握られる現体制」を打倒するための軍事訓練を呼びかけている点に特徴があります。ワシントン州などに広大な「射撃訓練場」を保有している。ユダヤ人がゼレンスキーを支援する理由が不思議だ。

ウクライナは、EUへ加盟すると、国が豊かになると言う。果たしてそうだろうか。今でもウクライナ人は労働に関してはEU加盟国と同じで、自由にEUで働ける。ウクライナの有効労働人口の半数以上が国外で出稼ぎ労働をしている。ウクライナは出稼ぎ労働者の送金で国を維持している。

科学アカデミー傘下の人口統計・社会分析研究所は、現在国外で労働をしているウクライナ国民は約３００万人から５００万人だと指摘した。ウクライナは、本来ならば、欧州の工場になれるはずだ。しかし、賄賂国家を嫌って、ウクライナに工場を建設する企業はいない。

欧米諸国の政治家は、ウクライナに何を期待しているのだろうか。ウクライナが偉大な「賄賂国家」であることから想像はできる。米国は軍事産業を守るために、米国は常に世界中で戦争をしておかねばならない宿命にある。米国の政治家にとって「平和」は米国の「敵」である。
