I have asked the President and the international community to stop the 'Organized Crime Punishment Act reform proposal' which stricter constituent requirements of 'conspiracy sin'.

On 18th May, Joseph Kenatachi, a special reporter of the United Nations, directly addressed the Prime Minister Abe saying, "There is a danger of unlawfully restricting privacy and freedom of expression" about the conspiracy charges bill I sent it. For details, letters are published on the UN website. The title is "Mandate of the Special Rapporteur on the right to privacy".
The UN Special Rapporteur also acknowledged that conspiracy sin justified the unfair surveillance of civilians by the government's arbitrary operation.

However, "Proposed amendment to organized crime penalties law" was forcibly voted at the House of Representatives plenary on May 23 today. Although the voting of the House of Councilors still remains, it is hopeless. It is just before the war that went through the League of Nations after refusing the "Report of the Litton Study Team".
