On Sat., Mar. 27th, I went to Kokuzozan 1,139m JA/NN-234 for SOTA activation. Last year I climbed from near the organic center, but this year I climbed from the Iwaya Shrine side.
↓登山道は鳥居を抜け階段から直登する道と、左から登る道が有る。
↑There was a mountain trail that passed through the torii gate and went straight up from the stairs, and a trail that went up from the left side.
↓直登はきつそうなので、今回は左の登山道をチョイス。
↑This time, I chose the mountain trail on the left.
↓登山道の途中に大きな倒木。
↑A big windthrow in the middle of the mountain trail.

↓更に登って行くと、岩の穴にある神社「岩屋神社」が出て来た。
↑As I climbed further, I found the "Iwaya Shrine" in the rock hole.
↓この辺りは岩が出ていて、大きな岩を回り込んで登る。
↑There are rocks around here, and I climb around the big rocks.
↓稜線に出た所で、山頂まで50mの看板。
↑At the ridgeline, there is a signboard 50m to the summit.
↓稜線を少し歩くと、虚空蔵山城跡の標識が出る。
↑Walking a little, I saw a sign for the ruins of Kokuzozan Castle.
SOTAピークはもう少し東だが、標識もスペースも無いので、25mルール内のここで運用する事にする。
The SOTA peak is a little further east, but there are no signs and spaces, so we will operate here within the 25m rule.
↓ここは、木が伐採されており、北アルプスが良く見える。
↑Trees have been cut down here, and the Northern Alps can be seen.

先ずは先に開局しているBOK局、DGT局を探してS2S-QSO。
I look for the BOK-san and DGT-san they alrady operated, and S2S-QSO.
CQを14MHzからスタートする。いきなり北米から呼ばれる。
Start CQ from 14MHz. First called from North America.
その後は台湾、インドネシアからもコールされる。
After that, it will be called from Taiwan and Indonesia.
21MHzへQSY。こちらは、長野ローカル局からのコールのみ。
QSY to 21MHz. This is only a call from the Nagano local station.
7MHzにQSY。QSY to 7MHz.
関東チェイサー局数局以外からのコールがなく、CONDXがもう一つ？
Is CONDX bad. There are no calls from other than several Kanto Chasers?
↓本日のアンテナ。

V/UHFのアンテナはビームで応答がないので、モビホに変更。
V/UHF does not respond at the beam ANT, so she changed to whip ANT.
XYLのV/Uの方は、それでもまだ3-QSO。
The XYL's V/UHF is still 3-QSOs only.
↓XYLは7/SSBでCQを出す。混んでる割に、余り呼ばれない。
↑XYL CQing on 7MHzSSB. Although it is crowded, it is not called.
FRE局からコールだが、変なかぶり？抑圧?で取り切れず。
Call from FRE-san, but cannot QSO due to interference or suppression.
QSYして、再SPOTでFRE局に呼んで頂きなんとか4-QSOをクリア。
QSY and re-SPOT, call from the FRE-san so clear 4-QSOs.
直後にEWV局からもS2Sコールを頂く。
Immediately after, S2S call from the EWV-san.
↓取り敢えずノルマはクリアできたので、少し早いけどお昼に。
↑She clear the specified number of QSOs, so we ate lunch.
1エリアのCONDXが悪かったので、昼食後に、Xは7/SSBにてCQ。
CONDX in 1 area was not good, so after lunch, XYL CQ again at 7/SSB.
相変わらずCONDXは上がらないが、SYG局,MNP局からS2Sコールを頂く。
CONDX does not go up, but we get S2S-QSOs with SYG-san and MNP-san.
↓その後も上がってくる山頂局を探す。
↑Look for the summit station that will come up later.
FGL局を見つけて、SSBでS2S-QSO後、午前中CWで聞こえなかったBAP局がFGL局を呼ぶのが聞えたので、少し上がって、XにSSBで再度CQを出してもらう。
After finding the FGL-san and S2S-QSO on SSB, I heard that the BAP-san that I couldn't hear on CW in the morning called the FGL-san, so QSY up a little and XYL CQing again on SSB.
暫らく出すと、SPOTに気づいてくれたBAP局からS2Sコールを頂く。
After a while, we got S2S QSO with BAP-san who noticed her SPOT.
この後、朝から何度かRBNで見かけるも、山頂で聞こえなかったWGK局がやっと入感。無事にS2S-QSO出来た。
After this, I finally heard the WGK-san that I couldn't hear even though I saw him on RBN many times this morning. I was able to successfully S2S-QSO.
↓アラートの上がってる局は、一通り追いかけたので機材を撤収する。
↑Finished chasing for alert stations, so we withdraw the radio.
機材をほぼ撤収し下山開始直後にIOT局のRBN。
RBN shows IOT-san immediately after the start of descent.
え～聞いて無いよ～、、、Ah!! I haven't heard ...
さすがに再展開する気力はなく、そのまま下山。
I didn't have the energy to re-setup, so I went down the mountain.
↓下山途中で見つけたウスタビガのまゆ。
↑The Rhodinia fugax cocoon found on the way down the mountain.
↓と言う事で無事に下山。
↑Descent is completed.
