ポチして届いたばかりのウィンドブレーカーに欠陥が見つかったとのこと。
現在、調査をおこなっているので来週アップデートするよん・・・だって。
返品かそれとも代替えが届くのか？？

Dear Customer,
At dhb we aspire to design and manufacture superb products that offer active cyclists, sportsmen and sportswomen great fitting, durable garments that represent fabulous value for money.
Unfortunately, subsequent to ongoing in-season testing, the dhb Product Team has identified that a small batch of dhb waterproof garments have been manufactured with the incorrect ‘seam taping procedure’. The fault develops after washing, where the seam tape ‘lifts’ or detaches away from the main shell fabric. This means the waterproofness of the jacket is compromised. The problem only occurs after washing so if you don’t have to wash your garment this weekend you will stay dry and unaffected.
This manufacturing defect is unacceptable to us and we are working hard to resolve the situation. We are currently investigating the ‘extent’ of the problem across the items listed above.
We are conducting further washing tests and investigating all stock units at the Wiggle warehouse. We would be very grateful to you our customer, if you could bear with us until early next week for a full update on how we will handle the faulty garments in question.
