An update relating to dhb Waterproof Garments:
Minima Jacket
Minima Waterproof Trousers
Signal Jacket
Signal Zip Waterproof Trouser
Further to our customer announcement on Friday the 26th – we are now in a position to update you further.
We have conducted extensive washing and other tests at Wiggle. These tests indicate that a significant proportion of the garments may be impacted by a fault that has been described by the manufacturer as an “intermittent fault with seam taping equipment which may develop after washing”. We are concerned that this fault may appear in your garment(s) – although we have no certain way of knowing that this will occur.
What we intend to do
We will uphold our Wiggle returns policy as follows:
This means if your garment does appear faulty before or after washing in any way, simply return the garment and we will be more than happy to issue a full refund to your account.
Even if no fault has appeared and you are simply concerned that a fault may develop in the future, please feel free to return your garment in any condition (new or used, washed or unwashed) and we will issue a full refund to your account.
If you just want to carry on using your garment through the winter – please do so. If a problem does develop after washing or at any time simply return the garment now or in the future and we will issue a full refund to your account.
Note: In all the above cases we will refund your postage costs.
