Habeas Corpus in Japan

26/12/2016 (afternoon) I began to write my new monograph. I am a victim of malfunction of Japanese judiciary. Habeas Corpus doesn't work at all in Japan. I started writing from my first HC experience in a civil law case. If anyone know any law review or academic magazine that would allow me to put it on, tell me, please! I love writing articles. Strange to say, my acqueintances in Japanese academic society don't write articles. How anti-productive they are! You should be astonished at their performance. Many professors of Faculty of Law at University of Tokyo seem fairly reluctant to write articles. Look up for their official site. Who is the most anti-productive amid them? If you get an answer, please inform to me! You would deserve a big Japanese croquet that I made yesterday!
