God had planted a beautiful garden（神は綺麗な庭を造った） for Adam in（アダムのために）a place called Eden（それは イーデン。エデンは日本語読み と呼ばれた）. A river flowed（川が フロウド：flowの過去、流れた）through the garden（庭を通って）.
Adam loved his new home（アダムは新しい住まいが気に入った）. His job was to name all the animals（彼の仕事はすべての動物に名前を付けること） and care for the garden（庭の手入れをすること）. Adam loved all the animals（アダムはすべての動物を愛した）, but he could not find a friend（しかし彼はともだちを見つける事が出来なかった）that was just right for him（すなわち、彼にふさわしいともだちを）. So God created a womanそこで神は女性を クゥリエイテッド：createの過去、創った）.
Adam named her Eve（アダムは彼女をイーヴと名付けた）. She was just right for Adam（彼女はアダムに相応しかった）. Adam and Eve loved each other（アダムとイーヴはお互いを愛した）. Together（一緒に）they took care of（世話をした）God’s garden（庭を）.
