The Manzos' annual screening party moved to the more intimate Mile Square City venue from the family's Paterson catering hall the Brownstone.

It was just five nights earlier that the Manzos, Lauritas, and Gorgas gathered at the Chandelier Room to celebrate the hotel's third anniversary party.

"In previous years, it's always gone extremely well but it's 600-700 people," Chris added. ""Now I can hear names. In the past it was, 'Hello, good-bye.' Now we can show [the fans] the appreciation for the amount of money they spent."

The proceeds of this year's $100-a-ticket party benefited the March of Dimes, which Chris' mom, Caroline, sees as one of the benefits of remaining on the show after all these years. "I tweeted about it actually," Chris Manzo said, when asked about sharing the spotlight with Hoboken's rumored newest celebrity resident, Jets quarterback Tim Tebow. "It's good, because he can just walk across the Hudson if he ever has to go into Manhattan."

Chris and his brother Albie last year starred in the Bravo web series "Boys to Manzo," which increased their profile in town, but Chris feels they're fortunate to live somewhere so accepting of them.

"Hoboken is such a small town, it's like high school," he said. "'Hey, Chris!' 'Hey, man!' There's no pictures or autographs to deal with."

Still, he thinks Tebow is going to be as bombarded off the field as on.

"Al and I are getting what I assume is a quarter of a fraction of what he's going to get when he moves in here,'' Chris said. "He picked the best town in the world, but I just hope he can manage his responsibilities with the team and not get caught up.
