"One China": China's "One China Principle" and America's "One China Policy" are different things. Do you know.

The use of these terms indicates that the US and China have different positions and interests regarding Taiwan, which is a core issue in US-China relations.

In Taiwan's presidential election, which was held on January 13th, Taiwan's Democratic Progressive Party's Kiyotoku Lai was elected president. The Legislative Yuan failed to maintain a majority.

I think that over time, many Taiwanese citizens will become pro-China. I think China should take its time.

This is a form of ``strong opposition'' to the Japanese government's ``congratulations'' to Mr. Yori. The Kishida administration supports Taiwan.

On January 13, when asked by reporters about the results of Taiwan's presidential election, President Biden stated, ``We do not support Taiwan's independence.''

He does not support Taiwan's independence, but wants to say that the United States will treat Taiwan as an ally.

Difference between the "One China Principle" and the "One China Policy". China's "One China Principle" is easy to understand.

However, the US's ``One China Policy'' is difficult to understand because it includes ``ambiguities'' in ``strategic'' terms.

China's "One China Principle" is: (1) "There is only one China in the world," (2) "Taiwan is an inalienable part of China," and (3) "The People's Republic of China" "represents China." do. And China is the "only" "legitimate government."

In the 1970s, many countries ``recognized'' China's ``One China Principle.''

The United States ``recognized'' regarding ③, and ``acknowledged'' China's position regarding ① and ② (the 1978 ``US-China Joint Statement'').

The expression that "Mainland China and Taiwan" both belong to one China is a new usage devised to alleviate Taiwan's opposition.

This phrase became widely used in Taiwan policy documents from the Hu Jintao era onwards.

This usage was first officially used in the report of the 16th Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2002.

It was ``mentioned'' that ``there is only one China in the world, and both the mainland and Taiwan belong to one China, and we will not tolerate division of China's sovereignty and territory.''

The United States' "One China Policy" consists of (1) the three U.S.-China communiqués of 1972, 1978, and 1982, (2) the Taiwan Relations Act enacted in 1979, and (3) President Reagan's declaration toward Taiwan in 1982. It consists of "six guarantees".

On February 9, 2017, President Trump and President Xi Jinping spoke by phone.

"President Trump has agreed to respect our 'One China' policy, as requested by President Xi Jinping," the White House said in a statement.

The Xinhua news agency uses two terms and distinguishes the positions of both parties.

However, since ``policy'' and ``principle'' are listed side by side, it is easy to assume that they are the same thing unless you know the situation well.

Readers would think that Trump said he respects China's "one China principle."

However, the White House release does not include the phrase ``Taiwan is considered part of China.''

「一つの中国」：中国の「一つの中国原則」とアメリカの「一つの中国政策」は別物である。知っていますか。

この用語の使い分けは，米中関係の中核問題である台湾について，米中双方の立場・利害が異なることを示す。

1月13日に投票が行われた台湾の総統選挙で、台湾総統選 民進党・頼清徳氏が当選。立法院は過半数維持できなかった。

私は時間をかければ、台湾市民の多くは「親中国派」になると思う。私は中国は時間をかけるべきだと思います。

アメリカ ブリンケン国務長官：アメリカは台湾海峡の平和と安定の維持や威圧や圧力とは無縁な平和的な解決に取り組んでいくべきだ。さらに。。。

民主主義的な価値を持つアメリカと台湾の人々は引き続き、経済や文化などで連携を拡大していく、と言っています。

「台湾は中国の一部だ」と主張する中国政府は、「頼氏」のことを「台湾独立派」と「非難」している。

日本政府が「頼氏」に、「祝意」を示したことに「強く反発」したかたちです。岸田政権は台湾支持です。

バイデン大統領は、１月13日、記者団から台湾総統選挙の結果について聞かれ「われわれは台湾の独立を支持しない」と述べた。

彼は台湾の独立は支持しないが、米国は台湾を同盟国として扱う、と言いたい。

「一つの中国原則」と「一つの中国政策」の違い。中国の「一つの中国原則」はわかりやすい。

しかし，米の「一つの中国政策」は「戦略的」に「曖昧」を含むため、わかりにくい。

中国の「一つの中国原則」とは，①「世界で中国はただ一つである」，②「台湾は中国の不可分の一部である」，③「中華人民共和国」は「中国を代表」する。そして中国は「唯一」の「合法政府」である。

1970年代，多くの国が「中国」の「一つの中国原則」を「承認」した。

アメリカは，③については「recognize（承認）」，①と②については中国側の立場を「acknowledge（認知する）」とした（1978年の「米中共同声明」）。

「中国大陸と台湾」がともに一つの中国に属する、という言い方は，台湾の反発を緩和するために考え出された新しい用法です。

この言い方は，胡錦濤時代以降の対台湾政策文書で広く使用されるようになった。

この用法が初めて正式に使用されたのは2002年の中国共産党第16回大会報告です。

「世界で中国はただ一つであり，大陸と台湾はともに一つの中国に属し，中国の主権と領土の分割は許さない」と「言及」された。

アメリカの「一つの中国政策」は，①「1972年，78年，82年の三つの米中コミュニケ」，②1979年制定の「台湾関係法」，③1982年にレーガン大統領が台湾に対して表明した「六つの保証」から成り立つ。

2017年2月9日，トランプ大統領と習近平国家主席が電話で会談した。

ホワイトハウスは，トランプ大統領は，習近平国家主席の求めに応じて，我々の『一つの中国』政策を尊重することに同意した」と、配信した。

新華社の配信文は，二つの用語を使い分け両者の立場を区別して書いている。

しかし「政策」と「原則」が並んでいるので，事情をよく知らなければ両者が同じものと思い込みやすい。

読者はトランプが中国の「一つの中国原則」を尊重すると語ったと思うであろう。

しかし、ホワイトハウスのリリースには「台湾を中国の一部とみなす」という文言はない。

「１」外国人に「虚偽の書類」を提供して、その外国人が「在留資格」を取得します。そして、その外国人が「不法就労」した場合。
外国人に「雇用契約書」など、「虚偽の書類」を提供した者は無罪です。
但し、２０１７年１月よりは「法改正」で処罰です。
私が「刑事告発」しいる中国人や「フィリッピン大使館の職員や外交官」は完全に無罪です。詳細は、平日（月から金）の第２部を見てください。

「２」「不法就労（資格外の活動」を行って逮捕された外国は「ほとんどの場合」無罪です。＊＊＊
理由：彼らを「雇用した者」が、入管法の「不法就労を助長した罪」で処罰されていません。従って「法の下での平等」により、外国人は無罪です。
「殆どの外国人」が「少額」の「罰金」で「国外退去の処分」になっています。外国人は１人当たり「数百万円」の「賠償金」を日本政府に「請求」するべきです。

韓国人が「慰安婦問題」や「徴用工の問題」で、日本政府に「賠償金を請求」することはクレイジーです。彼らは「韓国政府」に賠償金を請求するべきです。（韓国政府は既に受領をしています）。
