アメリカは、クルドを忘れてはいけない。「クルドは使い捨てなのか」「アメリカは私たちをトルコに売り渡した」――トランプ大統領の撤退宣言と「トルコによる侵攻」の後、「そんな声」が現地の知人たちから。。。。

一方、ウクライナ戦争は、「大きな期待がかかっていた反転攻勢」は「行き詰まった」。「アメリカとEU」は、「新たな財政・軍事支援の合意」に、「苦慮」している。

ロシアをウクライナに「侵攻」させる戦略は成功したが、「終戦の方法」を考えていなかった。私は、ロシアが「占領地」を「クルド国」に与える終戦を提案している。

ウクライナ政府高官は一見、「前向き」のようだ。しかし、やはりそこには暗い空気がうかがえる。ロシアを挑発して戦争したのは愚かだった。「クーデーター」は愚かな戦略だった。

首都キーウのコントラクトワ広場で取材したイリナさんは、「1年前に比べて、勝つという自信は少し薄まった」と話した。領土問題を戦争で解決すると言うのは「時代遅れ」だ。

「夫」のオレクサンドルさんと一緒にいたイリナさんは、侵攻前の暮らしを思い出して、泣き始めた。「クーデター」を画策した、アメリカを恨むしかない。

EUは、500億ユーロの経済支援を計画しているほか、ウクライナのEU加盟に向けた正式協議も始めようとしているが、その見通しが不透明だ。EUの「本音」は、ウクライナをEUに加盟させたくない。

ハンガリーのオルバン首相は、来週始まるEU首脳会議を前に、「これらの提案」を否決すると言う。あるEU外交官はこれを受け、「全てが危険にさらされている」と話した。「自業自得」だ。

オルバン首相は、欧州が追加支援を提供しても、ウクライナがロシアに勝つ見込みは「非常に疑わしい」と発言した。EUの中では、オルバン首相が一番冷静だ。

欧米の支持を得るのは「ますます難しくなっている」と、ウクライナの野党議員オレクシイ・ゴンチャレンコ氏は認めている。勇気をもって、ウクライナ国会は、「終戦宣言」をするべきだ。

ゼレンスキーは、ロシアが占領地から撤退することを要求している。ロシアは「クリミア以外」のウクライナ東部を「クルド人」に与え、「クルド国」を「創設」して、ウクライナから撤退するべきだ。

プーチン大統領は、トルコのエルドアン大統領、フランスのマクロン大統領は「クルド国」を創建して譲渡することを協議するべきだ。これは歴史に残る偉業になるだろう。

マクロン大統領は、三国で合意ができれば、「EU」とアメリカを説得するべきだ。クルド人に「国」を与えることに「EU」もアメリカも反対できないだろう。

私は、クルド人に「クルド国家」を与えることは、ウクライナ戦争とはまったく関係ないとおもう。しかし「ウクライナ戦争」の「終戦」の「切り札」になると確信している。

もう、「戦争の芸人」である「ゼレンスキー」の出番はない。ウクライナの復興は「EU」が支援するべきだ。「クルド国家」の復興は「ロシア」が支援するべきです。

「EU」がウクライナの復興を支援するには、労働者の移動を計画的に行う必要がある。そうしなければ、欧州は労働力不足で「大混乱」になるからだ。

結局、ウクライナは「労働力不足」で、復興が遅れるだろう。早期の復興を願うのであれば、「アルジェリアの特別地帯」を開設する。そして、暫くして「暫定移民」を欧州に「移民」させてからにするべきだ。
