President Putin should follow President Truman's words. President Truman made a strong appeal that ``in order to force Japan to surrender, we have no choice but to drop atomic bombs or land on the mainland.'' he gave a reason. He "chosen to drop the atomic bomb to save the lives of many American soldiers."

The atomic bomb developed by the United States is an indiscriminate mass-murder bomb. Russia should not imitate the "US-style" "atomic EMP (electromagnetic pulse).bomb". Russia should end the war with "killless nuclear weapons". It's 

Western countries are trying to get Russia to use "American-style atomic bombs." Western nations are "scheming" that Russia can be expelled from the international community by using the atomic bomb in Ukraine.

EMP (electromagnetic pulse) is not a "nuclear bomb". "EMP" stands for "High Altitude Nuclear Explosion". Russia should end the Ukraine war with "EMP". The US fears the most is Russia's use of EMP.

The word "high-altitude nuclear explosion" includes the word "nuclear", but unlike general nuclear weapons, it is detonated at an altitude of several tens to hundreds of kilometers in the atmosphere. So the "explosion itself" is a weapon that "kills no one".

アメリカの開発した原爆は無差別の大量殺人爆弾だ。ロシアは「米国型」の「原爆」を模倣するべきではない。ロシアは「無殺人の核兵器」で戦争を終わらせるべきだ。それは、EMP（電磁パルス）だ。
