A Dog of Flanders is a 1999 film directed by Kevin Brodie.
The screenplay was written by Brodie and Robert Singer, based on the novel of the same name by Ouida.
The film was shot on location in Belgium.
It was the fifth film based on the original novel.

Plot Summary :

Poor but happy, young Nello and his grandfather live alone, delivering milk as a livelihood, in the outskirts of Antwerp, a city in Flanders (the Flemish or Dutch-speaking part of modern-day Belgium). They discover a beaten dog (a Bouvier, a large sturdy dog native to Flanders) and adopt it and nurse it back to health, naming it Patrasche, the middle name of Nello's mother Mary, who died when Nello was very young. Nello's mother was a talented artist, and like his mother, he delights in drawing, and his friend Aloise is his model and greatest fan and supporter.

これを英語になおしてください、と今は言いませんが


ストーリーの終わり方にいろいろあります、はい


まず、最初のアニメであらかたの方は「フランダースの犬」は日本のアニメだと思われたのではないでしょうか？

『フランダースの犬』は、イギリスサフォーク州出身の作家ウィーダ(Ouida)による1872年出版の作品で


日本では、1975年にフジテレビ系列「世界名作劇場」でテレビアニメとして放送されました


ちなみに、「ズィンゲンズィンゲン」ってどんな意味？


オープニングテーマ「よあけのみち」の歌い出しでは、「ランランラン、ランランラン、ズィンゲンズィンゲン～」のようなコーラス部分があります


これはフラマン語（ベルギーを中心に話されているオランダ語）による歌詞で、「Zingen Zingen Kleine Vlinders（歌え 歌え 小さな 蝶々）」と歌っているとのこと


実際のアニメーションでも黄色い小さなチョウチョが描かれています

Guerrilla rainstorm

Back in 2006, Japanese mass media began using the term “guerrilla rainstorm” to describe short localized downpours of over 100 mm of rain per hour that appeared suddenly and unexpectedly.

The phenomenon is thought to be a result of rapid development of cumulonimbus clouds near urban areas caused by a combination of heat islands and local winds.

The rainstorms have proven incredibly difficult to predict (hence the name “guerrilla”) and are known for causing flash floods in urban areas.

The photo is of one such guerrilla rainstorm, taken from Tokyo Skytree on Sept 1.

The photo was posted to Twitter and can best be described as Mother Nature letting it all out on downtown Tokyo.

Several other guerrilla rainstorms were reported around the country on the same day, but it seems this was the only one that was photographed.

Stoke Mandeville Hospital is a large National Health Service hospital near the vlage of Stoke Mandeville in Buckinghamshire.

３０日のクレイアニメーションの中で


A a

エイ、　ア　ア　アップル


という表現が使われています


おそらく、見ておられる方々は粘土のクレイアニメーションのほうに気をとられ


内容は下手したら「ア　ア　アップル」だけで終わっているのはないでしょうか


ここで２つの重要なことを考えていただきたいと思います


まずは、A ＝　ア　ということに疑問を抱かなかったでしょうか


A　は　「エイ」という文字で、なぜ「ア」？と思う子どもはいないでしょうか


いるのです


「なんで　A が　ア　なの？」と考える子どもが


日本の学校では、フォニックス指導法で英語を指導しません


なので、当然　A ＝　ア　という図式は成り立ちません


そして、更に　A は　「ア」という音なんだということがわかったとしても


「アップル」　apple


確かに、「ア」という音で始まっていますが


あとの pple　はなに？？？


結局、暗記するだけの英語に引きずり込まれてしまうのです


英語は、きちんとしたルールでできています


もちろん例外はあります


でも、フォニックスで英語を習い始めると


自分の力で英語を読み、書き、そして使えるように（話せるように）なります


アルファベットは２６文字ありますが


どの５つの文字が一番使われていると思いますか？
