宮城から参加していた小学生が、３月３日（彼の誕生日）に麓の家に引っ越してきます


彼も含め、子どもたちと一緒にあらかじめケーキやお菓子を焼き


地元の方々の善意の品を集め


値段つけ、展示もし、募金箱も設置し


チラシも作成し、売上は全部被災地に送るというイベントです


子どもたちに「被災地で苦しんでおられる方々のことを考える日　＆　行動を起こす日」をしたいと思っております

２０１１年３月１１日、世界最大級の地震が東日本を襲いました。多く
の犠牲者をだし、そしていまだなお多くの人々が避難生活を強いられているのが現状です。
復興までには１０年とも２０年とも言われています。復興までの長い道のりを乗り越える
ためには、ひとりひとりができることを続けていくことが必要ではないでしょうか？

私たち個人が協力してできることは「小さく」ても、日々の生活の中で覚えて行動にうつ
すことは「少なく」はないと考えます。３・１１の痛みを自分の痛みとして受け止め、
決して忘れてはならないと思います。
この「ちいむら」東日本大震災復興支援day第１回によって集められた義援金は全て日
本赤十字社を通して被災地へ全額寄付されます。
「ちいむら」は川湯ビレッジの中の小さなむらで、主に国内英語留学・語学スクールとし
て働いております。２０１２年の７月に開村したばかりの小さな村です。主役は子どもた
ちです。今回の企画は、子どもたちにも「自分たちができること」「同じ日本人として苦し
みを共にする」「思っているだけではなく、行動にうつしてみる」というコンセプトで計画
されております。どうぞみなさまのあたたかいご支援とご協力をお願い致します。
みなさまのご家庭で眠っている品々をご寄付いただけますでしょうか？また、会場にいら
してこの復興dayに参加いただけますでしょうか？子どもたちが中心となり、品々を集め、
値段つけをし、展示し、各ブース（販売コーナー＆飲食コーナー）の担当をします。
尚、当日の物品の持ち込みも可能ですが、準備もあるのでご連絡頂ければ取りに伺います。

Silent Night

The origin of the Christmas carol we know as Silent Night

was a poem that was written in 1816

by an Austrian priest called Joseph Mohr.

On Christmas Eve in 1818

in the small alpine village called Oberndorf

it is reputed that the organ at St. Nicholas Church had broken.

Joseph Mohr gave the poem of Silent Night (Stille Nacht) to his friend Franz Xavier Gruber

and the melody for Silent Night was composed with this in mind.

The music to Silent Night was therefore intended for a guitar

and the simple score was finished in time for Midnight Mass. Silent Night is the most famous Christmas carol of all time!

この歌が誕生したのはオーストリアで、作詞はヨゼフ・モールで作曲はフランツ・グルーバーです。それは１８１８年１２月２３日、クリスマスイブの前の夜のオーストリアのザルツブルクの北約15kmにある、オーベルンドルフ(Oberndorf)という村の小さな聖ニコラウス教会の出来事でした。小さな鼠が教会のパイプ・オルガンの中に忍び込み、弦をかじっていました。

そして翌日、クリスマスイブの日になりました。朝、この教会の若いオルガン奏者フランツ・グルーバーがその夜のミサに備えて、オルガンで聖歌の練習を始めようとしました。しかしパイプ・オルガンは、空気のなるスーという音がするだけで、音楽を奏でません。クルーガーが変に思い、オルガンの中を調べてみると、皮で出来たふいごが破られたような状態で、どうしようもありません。どうも昨夜、鼠にかじられたようです。今更至急に修理と言っても、クルスマスイブ当日に、とても遠くから修理人を呼び寄せるのは不可能です。これではクリスマスイブに歌う聖歌の伴奏ができないと、クルーガーはとても落胆し、途方に暮れました。当時、ナポレオン戦争による混乱と疲弊で村を支えていた塩運搬業が打撃を受けていました。さらにその年は冷夏による不作が続いて、この村は深刻な状況に追い込まれていたのです。そんな折だからこそ、グルーバーはクリスマスイブのミサくらいはなんとか無事にやりたかったのです。

そこへグルーバーの友人で、助任司祭のヨゼフ・モールがやってきて、今夜のミサはオルガンなしでやらねばならなくなったことが彼に判りました。考えたモールは、2年前からしたためていた「キリスト誕生の詞」を、教会オルガニストのグルーバーに渡し、この詞になんとか、ギターで歌の伴奏ができるように至急作曲したらどうかと提案しました。モールは内気な性格で、詩は作ったが、発表できないままでした。これを聞いたグルーバーは、教会堂内でギターを弾くことは、信徒は嫌っており、神父にも怒られると反論しました。そのころは、教会で演奏する楽器は、オルガンのみしか認められていなかったのです。
