■Ancient Ascendant：2005年英レディング結成のデス・メタル・バンド。Bolt Thrower、Sodom、Enslaved、Hypocrisy、Pestilence、Bloodbath等とステージを共にし知名度を拡大。デビューは2008年の自主製作EP『The Heathen Throne』。2010年のセカンドEP『Ancient Slumber』を経て、2011年にSiege Of Amida Recordsから『The Grim Awakening』でアルバム・デビュー。2012年にはForepoint RecordsからEP『Into The Dark』、2014年にはCandlelight Recordsからセカンド・アルバム『Echoes And Cinder』を発表。初期OpethやEnslaved、Katatoniaもファンに刺さるアーティスト。
