夏ですね。庭にセミの抜け殻がありました。ここでは、ジージーゼミと呼ばれている、アブラゼミが多いです。東京ではミンミンゼミですね。ジージーうるさいですよ。。でも、このセミのジージーと蛙のゲコゲコを聞くと、、がきんちょの時の夏を、とても思い出します。

It's summer. There was cicada's shell in our garden. There're many large brown cicada. In Tokyo, there're different species from it. They cry very loud... But when I hear the buzzing of cicadas and frogs, they brought back my memories of summer in childhood, a lot.

昨日、家の窓から撮った写真です。これは、珍しいですね。富士山の「傘雲」です。山頂に、帽子のような雲がかかっているのが見えると思います。富士山が傘をかぶると、雨が降ると昔から言われています。実際、天気が悪くなったりします。科学的な理由は、、私は知りません(苦笑)。。

Yesterday, I took this photo from my house. This is rare. This is the "umbrella cloud" of Mt.Fuji. You can see the cloud like a cap on the top of the mountain. いつも帰省すると、御殿場アウトレットへ行きます。うちでは、買い物メインではなく、ドライブや雰囲気を味わうために行きます。年々、ここは拡大し、すごい人が訪れています。不況だからでしょうか？？。。ここはフードコートです。広いですよね。

When I get back to hometown, I always go to the outlet mall in Gotenba. We go there to enjoy driving and feeling atmosphere, it's not mainly to buy something. Year after year, this outlet mall gets bigger, and many people come there. It might be because of business depression now??... Here's food court, it's huge, right?

エナンファンとして、ベルギーっぽさも、ちと記録しましょう(笑)。ここは、ゴディバのアウトレットです。3000円位のチョコが、1000円位になっていました。ベルギー人さん、日本ではこんなことになってますよ～(笑)。んー、、何が値引きの原因なんでしょう。。期限切れ間近？、型崩れ？、カカオの量を間違えちゃったとか？…これはないか(笑)。でも、アウトレットとは言え、高いですね。さすがゴディバ。

帰省しました。私はいつも、ケチって鈍行で帰ります。新幹線に乗れば1時間で着きますが、まぁゆっくり帰るのもいいものです。居眠り＋本を読んで、2時間半ぐらいです。写真は、熱海の近くです。東京に住んで、エナンや外国に現実逃避してても、やっぱり私は田舎の人間ですね。。結構落ち着く風景です(笑)。

I went back to my hometown. I always take local train. If I take Shinkansen, it would take only one hour, but it's sometimes good to take more time to go back. I slept and read the book, it took about two and a half hours. This photo is near Atami. Yseterday was "Doyo no Ushi", it's Midsummer Day of the Ox. So, we ate grilled eel. But even though we were the people of Shizuoka, the eel was not from Hamana-lake(laugh). 「記録より記憶に残る選手に…」と、以前、元野球選手の新庄さんが言っていたような気がします。そうですね、素晴らしい功績も重要ですが、記憶に残るのも重要なことだと思います。私達の日常でも、苦労したり、変わった体験の方が、結構記憶に残って、思い出になるような気もします。記録や楽しいことが全てではないですよね。

"The player who is remembered by everyone rather than the record...", in the past, former baseball player, Shinjo-san said that. 今日は、「記憶」にまつわるブログと思いきや、、実は「My art」のブログです。久しぶりに絵を描いて見ました。初めて「2頭身エナン」を描きます。難しい(笑)。。そして、ガキんちょ以来の、塗り絵をしました。。思いつきで描いたとは言え、結構、楽しんじゃいました。習慣は怖いもので、ベルギー人なのに、肌をオレンジで塗ってしまいました。もう少し薄い色だったかな。髪の毛を黄色で塗るのも、不思議な感じでした(笑)。

ここのところ、夜遅くにゴソゴソと部屋を掃除していました。しまったことさえ、忘れているものもあり、、でも、見ると捨てるのが惜しくなったり、、うだうだしています(笑)。そして、2年前のテニス雑誌！が出てきました。めったに買わない私ですが、どうやらエナンの特集があったようですね。

NHKをよく流している私は、先日「爆笑問題のニッポンの教養」と言う番組に遭遇しました。「味覚」についての話でした。その中で、「視覚情報に味覚がだまされる」と言うのがありました。みかんに醤油をかけてイクラ味？、、…無理ありますよね(笑)。。

I often watch NHK TV program, while back, I watched "Japanese education by Baksho-Mondai". The topic was about "sense of taste". これは、1ヵ月半前にアップした、エナンのある動画(3.2007 US Open)です。タグをつけていないせいもあり？、今の再生回数は、たったの8回！。かつては、私の動画の中では、一番再生されていました。あぁー、さみしい(笑)。さて、1ヵ月半経った今、8回の再生回数と言う状況に、タグをつけたところで再生されるものなのでしょうか？？ちと試してみようかな。

うぅー、こんな一瞬の動画をブログに載せるのに、とても苦労しました(笑)。。今読んでいる本によると、アスリートが言う「ゾーンに入る」というのは、脳のリミッターが外れて脱抑制の状態になり、力を発揮できることだそうです。それで、このシーンが浮かびました(笑)。ブログに載せるのに、意外に手間がかかり、、以下のフリーソフトを駆使しました。。あほだ、私。。大変だったので、記録させて頂きます(笑)。

Hmm., I had trouble to upload this clip, even if it's just for a moment(laugh)... According to the book I'm reading now, "get into a zone" which athlete often said means their brain breaks out of the limiter control, and into a disinhibiting, and they can do the best. So, thinking of "zone", I brought back this scene(laugh). Uploading this clip on this blog was very trouble for me., so I used the following free software... Oh, I'm crazy for it... 上記は、いつも私が動画を作る時に使うフリーソフトです。さて、本に書かれている「ゾーン」と、トリック2の「ゾーン」は違うと思いますが(ドラマの内容、忘れちゃったけど_笑)。。本は、脳科学者、茂木さんの本です。実は、私は茂木ファンです☆。これを読むと、「脳」について、言われてみればそうかも…と思うことがいくつもあり、とても興味深いです。

I always use those free softwares in making clips. Now, "zone" in the book would be different from "zone" in TRICK2(laugh).., it's the book written by brain science academian, Mogi-san. Actually, I'm a fan of Mogi-san☆. When I read this book, I'm interested in it, because I have similar situation about "brain" to in what the book is written.

If you concentrate a lot for your aim, your brain breaks out of limiter control. This is called "Flow". In case of athlete, this is called "get into a zone". It means you can get absorbed in something, as if you forget all about the time. The individual sports like tennis, it depends on fight for oneself, it might be "key point" to control one's brain. 2008年RGのくずちゃんです。あ、髪が短いですね。そして、1年後は2009年RGの女王になりました。テニス雑誌の予測欄によると、「変動あり(笑)」の選手のようですが、そりゃま、時が経てば、変わりますよね。

This photo is Kuznetsova at 2008 Roland Garros. Oh, short hair. And one year later, she became the queen of 2009 RG. According to tennis magazine, she is the player who has "fluctuation(laugh)", But yes, when the time comes, everyone would change something, right?

私のような一般人は、毎日同じ様に過ごしているので、「去年は…2～3年前は…、どうだったっけ？」と、「変化」を意識することは、あまりありません。。選手達は、試合結果が残るので、良し悪しを判断するのでしょうけど。あ、去年(2008)は、北京オリンピックがありました。デメさん金メダルでしたね☆

エナンが引退して、1年2ヵ月経ちましたか。。エナン、妄想化しています、完全に(笑)。ま、もともと私にとっては、エナン自体が現実逃避なので、、「エナン中毒」に罹っているのがわからないです(笑)。まぁ、中毒って言うのは、それが怖いのですが(笑)。これは、2008年RGです。今年は、アナさんどうしたのでしょう。。サフィナさん、何か初々しいです。エナン、ちっちゃ！

One year and two months has passed since Henin retired. She is my delusion certainly now(laugh). サフィナさん、去年、メキメキと成績を伸ばしNo.1へ。でも、なかなかGSタイトルを取れず、「精神力が弱い」とメディアに言われ(彼女自身も言い)、、さすがにちと可哀そうな気もします。1年前、エナンの前で「カモーン」と雄たけびをあげてた勢いとは違い、焦燥感が感じられます。ま、仕方ないですよね。。でもま、普通、人間って「弱い」ものですよね。私は、逆に「人間味」を感じてあげましたが。

Safina-san, last year, she grew up a lot and became No.1. But she couldn't get GS title, so media said "she has weak mentality".., (and she also said so), I'm not a fan, but I'm sorry about that a little. 昨日は、東京都議会選挙に行ってみました。いつも、あまり行かないのですが、ニュースで、投票率が結構良いというので、じゃ…と思って行ってみました。何ちゅう、動機でしょう。。せっかくの選挙権、、ちゃんと選挙へ行きましょう(笑)。。

さて、ウィンブルドン2009総集編を少し見ました。あ、くずちゃん、一瞬出てました。そういえば、テニス雑誌「スマッシュ」を立ち読みしたら、くずちゃんの記事が少しありました☆

そういえば、エナンの写真もありました。AOのバックハンドとWBのドロップショット。引退して1年も経つ選手なのに、、普通に載っていました。嬉しいけど、、何か不思議と言うか、、他に載せる選手はいないんでしょうか。。エナン、やっぱりすごい☆(ファントーク)
