The scene from the Seven Year Itch, went on to become one of the most iconic moments in movie history.
But the scene allegedly played a role in Monroe’s divorce from Joe DiMaggio. Despite the roar of approval from fans, DiMaggio’s take was an “exhibitionist” scene.
