China's Nobel Peace Prize-winning dissident Liu Xiaobo
(劉暁波) died of liver cancer on Friday.

Liu had expressed a desire to receive treatment in Germany
or the United States. China, however, rejected coldly.
A spokesperson for the EU delegation in Beijing said it had
discussed the activist’s case with the authorities and asked
“that China immediately grant Mr. Liu parole on humanitarian
grounds and allow him to receive medical assistance at a place
of his choosing in China or overseas”.
Liu, a veteran democracy activist and writer who became a
lifelong campaigner after witnessing the 1989 Tiananmen
crackdown. He persisted in non-violence throughout his life.
He continued to propose democratic national management to
the Communist Party leadership.
He was diagnosed with late-stage liver cancer in May
while serving an 11-year prison sentence for subversion. He
was released on medical parole on 26 June, and has since been
held, reportedly under police guard, in a hospital in north-east
China, where authorities insist he is receiving “meticulous
treatment”. It is regrettable that a democratic activist in
China died.

中国のノーベル平和賞受賞者である劉暁波氏
は金曜日に死亡した。肝がんだった。

　劉氏はドイツで、または米国で治療を受けたいと
いう願いを表明していた。しかし、中国は冷たく
拒否した。
北京でEU代表団のスポークスパーソンは、活動家
の事件について当局と話し合い、中国は直ちに劉氏に
人道的援助を与え、自分が選んだ場所で医療援助を
受けることができるようにすべきであると要求して
いた。
劉氏は、ベテランの民主化運動家であり、1989年
の天安門を目撃していた。彼は、生涯、非暴力を
貫き、中国共産党指導部に対して民主的な国家運営を
提案し続けた。
11年間の懲役刑を務めているさなか、後期肝がん
と診断された。 彼は6月26日に仮釈放され、その後
伝えられるところによれば警察の警備下の病院で
（当局がいうところの）ていねいな手当を受けていた。
民主主義の活動家が亡くなったことが残念である。

Support rate is falling

The support rate of the Abe cabinet is falling. The decline
does not stop. For a long time, people around Mr. Shinzo
Abe(安倍晋三) have dealt with Shinzo politely and politely,

surrounded by their good friends, they can manage some
jobs.

安倍内閣の支持率が落ちている。低下が止まらない。
長い間、安倍さんの周囲の人たちが、大切な安倍
晋太郎さんの後継者だから、安倍晋三さんには
ていねいにていねいに対応してきた。晋三さんのミス
に対しては見ても見ないふりをしてきた。彼の失言に
対してはその失言を聞かなかったことにしてきた。
晋三さんの行動に関して、わくからはみ出さないように注意をはらってきた。

総理大臣の子息である森祐喜さんには政治家と
しての力量が無かったし、小渕総理大臣の後継者で
ある小渕優子さんには、同じく、政治家としての
力量が無い。残念ながら、安倍晋三さんの行動から
判断して、晋三さんに力量があるとは思えない。
仲の良い友人たちに囲まれている時だけ、周囲の
何かを利用できるのだ。残念。　　

習近平が脅迫 脅迫のほかに手法を知らないのか？

15,000 at the police announcement, more than 60,000 at the
organizer announcement.
The Chinese government forcibly created an artificial island in
the South China Sea, ignoring the protests of neighboring countries
and forcibly making airports and ports. The Chinese government is
now also trying to dominate Hong Kong by force.

香港民主派が香港中心部で中国政府に対する大規模な抗議
集会と抗議デモを実施しているさなか、香港が中国に返還
されて２０年を迎え、式典に出席した習近平国家主席は
「中央の権力に挑戦する如何なる活動も許さない」と述
べて、香港独立の動きに対して、けん制する発言をした。
香港の民主派は、民主的な選挙の実現を求めて大規模デモを
行い、中国に改めて抗議した。
デモ参加者数は、警察発表では約１万５０００人、主催者
発表では６万人以上が参加した。　
中国政府は南シナ海で強引に人工の島を造成し、周辺諸国
の抗議を無視して強引に飛行場や港を作ってきた。
中国政府は、今また、香港を強引に支配しようとしている。
