d. HAMs inhabitants of "infected zone" and participants
of the liquidation of consequences of the accident on
the nuclear reactor = 2 points.
e. HAMs in oblasts of Ukraine, Russia and Belarus,
affected by the catastrophe (UR:...1-0 R, U, X;
UA:...3 E, P, X, Y; EW:...7, 8) = 1 point.
f. QSOs on 26 April count double.

が到着しています。1986年に起きた「チェルノブイリ原発事故」
から20年を追悼して発行されています。ルールが少し複雑です、
HI。この事故も大変ショッキングなニュースでした。20年以上
が経過していたんですねぇ。
