[RULE] The Hungarian Railway Award is issued by the
Hungarian Section of FIRAC (International Association
of Railway Radio Amateurs). Applicants (licenced
amateurs and SWL's) should possess confirmations of
contacts with the requested number of HA/HG FIRAC
members worked since 1 January 1991.
Numbers of contacts: HF or VHF
HA/HG stations       15    15
European stations    10     5
DX stations           5     3
Contacts made via terrestrial repeaters do not count.
Each member station counts once, regardless of band or
mode. An application with a list of contacts must also
contain the applicant's name, addresss and callsign. 
Fee for foreign applicants: 7 IRC's or EUR 10.00.
