Personally,I feel David doesn't have enough experience.
For one thing,he's only had junior positions.
OK, but he answered our puestions well.
Yes,but don't forget,we need someone with management experience.

I honestly think David would be a good choice.
Take his Spanish abillity for example.It's just what we need.
Even so,Alice is more experienced.
But the problem is ,we need someone who has a degree.

As far as I'm concerned,I don't think Alice is the best candidate.
I mean ,look at her answers.They were very brief.
True,but she knows a lot about the job.
That would be great,except she can't speak Spanish either.
