謝罪して、名誉の回復と賠償を行えば、法の下での統治がされていると言えます。
しかし、事件を握り潰す行為は、法の下での統治とは言えません。テロに等しい行為です。

本日のＥメール内容は、以下はとおりです。

拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。 助けてください！

前回（2017-12-29)、No：5の続きです。

国会は、国際法を順守し、不法就労に対しては、
被害者である日本人の雇用機会喪失を防止する法案を立法しています。

平等に、外国人を、不法就労罪で処罰し、事業者らの幇助・助長行為について、
特別法として入管法７３の２条「不法就労助長罪」を制定しています。

国会は、立法を無視する司法行政を正さなければなりません。
国会の立法を無視する司法行政は、不法な逮捕監禁を行い、
日本を法の下で統治せず、人権を守らず、国際法を順守しない、
北朝鮮と同じような、司法による独裁国家にしています。

この事件で訴えているのは2つの誤りです。

１．中国人やフィリッピン人が在留資格以外の働いたことは事実です、
この場合、働いたものと、働かせた者を平等に処分しなければなりませんが、
不法に働かせた者を、73条の２で何ら処分していません。
であれば、働かされた外国人は無罪です。
これが法の下での平等であり、国際法のルールです。

2．私やフィリッピン大使館職員などに対して、
内容虚偽の雇用契約書を提供したとして、
不法就労に対する刑法幇助罪を適用していますが、適用法誤りです。
虚偽の書類提出の幇助は、入管法の在留資格取消の幇助行為です。刑事処分は出来ません。

トランプ大統領の正当な移民政策とは全く違う、日本の司法による不法な移民の扱いです。
